poke transfer cones out december 27? Idk the date. Also apparently Shuckle's ridiculous defense is not, in fact, enough to make up for its crap HP, and Thunder Fang can't kill enough stuff coming from Mega Aerodactyl. In other words, my team is fundamentally pretty awful and I need to put one together that actually works.

Hp train said shuckle? Also yea thunder fang on a non elec type seems kinda useless.
Its ok most of my teams are garbo. Heck my main one is only good because three of the pokemonb are blaziken mewtwo and yveltal.
Remove them and that team is meh at best.

I did. Still OHKOed by unboosted Aqua Tail from Carracosta. I mean, sure, 108 base Attack super-effective 90 power attack with STAB, but actually that seems like a very poor assessment of its defensive abilities now that I think about the numbers, that's kind of a lot of damage to pretty much anything ever. It might not be as much of an issue as I think.

Just an FYI, I am willing to trade Shellders with Water Stones included. At level 1, if you evolve it you get the opportunity to teach it Shell Smash, Hydro Pump, Protect, Withdraw, Toxic Spikes, and Aurora Beam. Some have Rock Blast, some do not. Let me know if you want it. Otherwise, it has Icicle Spear and Tackle.

As long as you use type advantage to your advantage it should do decently.

Input this code in the vs. Recorder to see the true power of Cloyster. Gaze in awe as he destroys an entire team in eight turns.

Still, I'd hope it could at least take one super-effective attack, with its 200+ defenses at level 50. Also unrelated: I'm noticing a distinct lack of motivation to play the game over the past couple of days. Everything I can think of to work on in the game just feels too tedious to be worth the effort. Clearly this means it's time to organize some semi-regular battling among the forum, that'd be fun enough to warrant actually doing something.

I will give you that Shellder later Metal.Coolio. Also yes, battling. Cause i am also getting bored. Ive beaten the looker missions, and basically i have left is battle chateau and battle maison. And articuno, but its being a massive jerk, so id almost rather shoot and eat it then catch it. Jk, im gonna kill it at least 7 times though. Resests ftw! Oh yea, and berry farms, but idt i get anything for conpleteing that.

Finally have all the Pokemon that I would use in teams up to speed, including Hariyama with Guts and Facade and a Flare Orb. Super training is still left, but that's just the icing. So I'm ready for battling. Well, all that's really left is getting BP for a few more items... That's gonna take forever. Either Battle Institute and randomly face a bunch of legendaries, or spam Battle Maison and get 1 BP per fight (and +1 BP after every tenth battle) until my team gets countered because I never know what I'm up against and then have to go back to getting 1BP. Meh, Battle Institute it is, I guess. At least I still get 9 BP if I lose to a dumb legendary team.

I don't remember basic Single Battle being even remotely difficult, just bring a few somewhat fast high-power things and OHKO everything because they mostly use unevolved things for the first 15 battles or so.

Also, would someone be willing to get on Pokemon Showdown, and make a team with the following pokemon?
Golurk No Guard
- Stealth Rock -Stone Edge
Just that. Then meet me in the lobby. I'm trying to see if it's possible to defeat an entire team in three turns, and I think I can.

It's mostly pushovers, yeah. Still, doesn't mean you can't get screwed over on an odd match by having a lack of effective attacks, and by their team being very solid against yours. You can only have so much coverage with three Pokemon, and sometimes they actually have pretty good Pokemon and attacks.

Gah this pawniard is taking ages to level. And victory road is apparently garbo for leveling. Not gonna do the elite for either because i dont feel like it
5 more levels till evolution.... anywho still no sign of articuno either. And i think i literally need to bump into it 1 more time before it goes to sea spirits den. Gah.
On the positive side, i am an earl in the battle chateau. And i have aquired almost all of the male clothing choices. So theres that?

You can only have so much coverage with three Pokemon, and sometimes they actually have pretty good Pokemon and attacks. Admittedly, yes, that does happen, my entire team got curb-stomped by a Whimsicott about 12 fights in once, but that's only because 2/3 of my team was weak to Fairy and Chesnaught wasn't fast enough to use literally the only attack with any chance to OHKO it. Any half-decent team could've handled that situation easily. (Plus there's always the option of Double or Triple Battles, I'm pretty sure intelligently-played Double Battles have more room for strategies an unfortunate type matchup can't stop than Single Battles.) Gah this pawniard is taking ages to level. And victory road is apparently garbo for leveling. You're doing it wrong, then. Bring anything with Mold Breaker that can learn Earthquake and any Illumise (I'm pretty sure literally all of them know Sweet Scent), go in, use Sweet Scent, Earthquake whatever you see, get either 1200 or 3580 EXP depending on whether you just killed 5 Geodudes or 5 Floatzels. Probably not the fastest way, but not bad by any stretch of the imagination.

I find the two star restaurant in Lumiose to be very efficient. Do triple battles, and attacks that can hit multiple enemies. A level 60 with Surf or Earthquake should OHKO most of what you'll be facing (Level 30s), so you can put them in the center to hit everything. Just gotta make sure it won't kill your allies. Either way, fighting them one by one they're still easy to finish quickly. The only problem is I think every single Pokemon in all the fights has Protect, so that's annoying, but still...
Even level 50s level up fast there with an Experience O-Power (Close to one level up per round). With level 3, I was getting 2200-2700 from each Pokemon, and that's without a lucky egg. And the thing is, the O-Power will last all the way until the end since there's no pause in between, and you can level 3 Pokemon with full exp. at once. And you also make easy profit even without a prize money power.
Never tried the three star restaurant. It would definitely give more Exp., along with an extra battle to last the O-Power, but I assume the stuff there is level 50 or 60? It'd be way better than the Elite Four I'm betting, but I like how easy and efficient the two star one is since nothing puts up a fight for great Exp..

I'm pretty sure every pokemon is level 63 there.
Anyway, with the setup I had, I discovered a battle can be finished in no less than three turns (against a full party) Obviously it's specific, AKA five pokemon must have a double weakness to rock, and the sixth must have healing wish, explosion, memento, or selfdestruct (preferably not memento)
