The glowing means I sent you an O-Power, but you were doing something that didn't let you receive it at that moment. You'd have to hit my icon and go into O-Powers, then you can receive it.
I just switched Jolteon out before I even did anything, for the wild card of the team, Kecleon. Already got Heliolisk and Emolga for electric, so it was just redundant. Especially since a lot of my team is actually very fast. I just need to do something about Gallade, his really low speed is pretty hurtful as a physical attacker. He can't even set up Reflect against most opponents before getting hit. Wish he had a priority move...

In other news I have completely given up hopes of ever catching up to you guys. Trails in the sky, DS2, Star ocean, training for a mock tournament with some friends tomorrow... I don't have much time for pokemon metagame. All I'd be doing is complaining that I can't get a shiny Aeigslash anyway. Oh, that and saying that I'll go looking for all of the megastones this evening, but then I constantly forget and miss the timing... Oh, and trying to decide which mega evolution I want. |

Currently training up a pokemon you might not expect. Then I'm going to move onto the mega evolution. I also desperately want that pokemon bank.
Having second thoughts about Aegislash because Steve's Aegislash is basically the exact same pokemon I and everyone else is training. But... I cannot resist it's power.

I beat steves with ampharos charge beam ftw! It has good stats but its not unkillable. |

Okay one pokemon down! Fully EV trained! Just have to train up its level then I'll be set.
Now to move onto my mega evo. After staring at it's move list on serebii for an excruciatingly long time an ingenious strategy suddenly clicked in my head.

I'm not quite ready yet but I want a battle this evening. EV trained my mega (slightly generalized in stats) so now I just need to give it moves and levels.
Just a heads up to the next person who reads this.
EDIT: In fact I'll be turning on the Wi-Fi on my DS soon. Hopefully I'll be ready soon.

Aegislash has the movepool to run a special set, but it's ability kinda destroys the idea of a choice item, and it doesn't have a special attack boosting move to my knowledge.
Also, Ghost/Fighting has perfect coverage, that's why it's used.
It could potentially run a stall set too, but the Physical sweeper set is looking to be by far the most viable. If Aegislash had a reliable recovery move, I'd say otherwise. |

There's got to be something else I can do with that move...
EDIT: Wasn't referring to Steve, who ninjad me. Referring to the pokemon I was training for mega evolution.

I have a vague idea of a team now. By which I mean have a vague tentative idea what'll be on it but haven't considered moves or hold items yet. More on that when you see it and wonder what on earth I was thinking. Or don't wonder that at all since it's not exactly the most unconventional thing in the world, unfortunately. I'll work on that later.
