Haha good match with Claxus. Here was the thing with mega gardevior: I stared at it's movelist and thought that I could combine misty terrain with rest. As it turns out, using rest while misty terrain is active causes nothing to happen. Rest was my other move and I decided to use misty terrain anyway because it looked pretty. Klefki and gardevior were the only EV trained pokemon, but I'll have to look for something else... I do have something in mind now. Anyway, that was a close one. But I got some restructuring to do.

Do pokemon below level 50 get boosted to level 50 for online battles? For standard rules, yes.
EDIT: Mega Gardevoir? Interesting choice.

The interesting choice is fighting with no megas! I still can't set on a team, though. I think replacing Bisharp and Kecleon with Golurk and Flygon may have made things go better... Probably would have gone better if I didn't try to poison Aeigslash too

Probably would have gone better if I didn't try to poison Aeigslash too That's karma for Klefki missing with toxic. I mean really, whoever heard of toxic MISSING!? Anyway I'm pretty sure I once tried to hyperfang Steve's aegislash once. I didn't notice your lack of megas, but you did fine without them. I'm definitely keeping Klefki on the team. He has now been named Kyes! (You win a cookie if you guess that reference) But I'm probably going to try adding mega gengar/agron and another odd choice- magnezone. Why magnezone? Well, when I finally get around to forming the team, you'll see...

Dunno why you say that, you know I already had Mawile and never used any other. Maybe I'd use Mega Aggron, but I actually gave away my Aggronite. I just don't like how they can surpass even legendaries in some aspects, with no downsides aside their natural ones.
And for Toxic, you know that attack has 90 accuracy, right? Sure, it's very uncommon for it to miss, but keep in mind this game has luck factors thrown in just about everything, so you'll have to expect the 90 to not be 100 and miss sometimes. What would be karma is if Sacred Sword missed.

Maxed out his special attack and gave him pixie plate in order to get the most out of drain kiss. The rest of his moves get prankster priority.

It doesn't have the speed or survivability to make use of substitute... Drain Kiss didn't do very much either. Toxic was alright, it did end up killing me first, but switching to a Pokemon with Earthquake would have likely OHKO'd it after shrugging off a priority move. I just don't think it's Klefki's role to be a staller. The Floatzel against it wasn't super trained at all either. Heliolisk for example, could make use Toxic better, making use of Leftovers + Dry Skin regen, along with Substitute/Protect, or Electrify may even cost it less HP sometimes. Accelgor gets a similar ability as Misty Terrain, but the thing is it works at the end of every turn. When it's raining, any status effects will be lifted from him. So there's potential there, too, and he can even get Venoshock as a strong Sp. Attacker. He has one of the highest speeds in the game, he'll almost always move first, so you'd need something to OHKO him, because he can Rest first every turn and wake up instantly.

I have now discovered the ond flaw with pokemon. There are almost 800 now right? 90% of them are crappy XD
Ninetendo clearly showed us their faves based on who got a mega form too (probably not but anyways)
It seems to me that nintendo clearly shows off the worst pokemon of each generation too, so That way when you avoid catching the good ones due to lack of popularity . Then they make a few of the popular ones decent so that you have a reason to catch them.
Case and point: paras and parasect. Who honestly remembers them?

Maybe it is in the eye of the beholder then? Idk with so many of them now, its hard to make up your mind on a team because certain pokes are definately better than others. So its like why make this thing if your only gonna make something that does it better later/at the same time. See steves earlier post about sylveon and florgess lol. As for my teams, i think i have settled on running 3-4 teams. One for mega blaziken One for. Mega ampharos One for mega lucario (maybe, i may use him as backup in another team) And one for mega mewtwo y. (Who also may end up being backup in another team ) I may sub in other megas from time to time, but i definately am partial to blaziken because its really good in most situations, plus speed boost. And brave bird And ampharos is a good tank, especially in mega form cause hes slightly less weak to ground Also i now need to build said teams around said pokemon lol.

O.o well that blows. I thought your accelgor was as fast as speedboost blaziken.

He'd be faster than Blaziken, maybe after one speed boost, but not two. But Accelgor is outmatched by very few in speed, I think by only Ninjask for non-legendaries. Mega Alakazam just says nope and goes first anyway and OHKOs.
Mega Lucario also OHKO'd my Floatzel with Aura Sphere. Mine has an Sp. Def nature, and it's still not that high, but come on... Not to mention megas in general getting me to yellow HP with ineffective attacks... Forget ubers, now there's a new tier.
Anyway, I think Flygon may have been buffed a bit. Mine has at least 115 in every stat at level 60. I super trained attack and speed around 80% their max, and they're about 175 and 185. Sp. Attack is around 145, despite its nature that lowers it. Did I just get something with godlike IVs? Or am I missing why many consider Flygon horrible?

I think its considered horrible because its ability pool is like levitate right? And its ground/dragon which would make it doubly weak to ice right? Or does ground beat ice? Idr thats not an often enough matchup And its speed perhaps? Idk its a tank anyways. Anyway, I think Flygon may have been buffed a bit. Mine has at least 115 in every stat at level 60.
