I have 18 Mega Stones. Am I missing any that aren't X-exclusive? You're missing five of them, and there are 5 others that are Y exclusives.Wait, you mean I should have 23 of them? I don't see how that's possible, I'm pretty sure I combed the entire world looking for them. Yeah, did that a while ago.

Which ones do you have? Did you get Alakazamite? that one seems easy to miss. Got that one. I have: - Absolite
- Blastoisinite
- Kangaskhanite
- Gyaradosite
- Gengarite
- Banettite
- Medichamite
- Ampharosite
- Blazikenite
- Scizorite
- Alakazite
- Venusaurite
- Aerodactylite
- Heracronite
- Houndoominite
- Abomasite
- Charizardite Y
- Lucarionite
And I just remembered I haven't caught Mewtwo yet, so that's 19 I know about. And the only places I haven't bothered to check are the Pokéball Factory, the part of the Lost Hotel you have to know all the roller skate tricks to go to, and anywhere in Lumiose City.

Did you check Shabboneau castle? If not, go do that. Also, go check the gyms, Victory Road, and check Lumoise for pokemon trades. That's where you'll find the other four.

RIGHT, I'm an idiot, I remember reading something about how you should definitely go check the gyms and then I didn't actually do it. Also, I'm an idiot, I forgot to actually take the stone from that one but I do have it. So somewhere I didn't check in Shabboneau Castle, somewhere I didn't check in Victory Road, and one of the Gyms? No idea how I missed those first two but okay, noted, thanks. Now to wait 20 hours.

The one in the castle is easy to miss. I walked past it like four times also the other two are stupid easy. I can narrow down which gyms if you like and tell you which field moves to have. For instance fly would probably be useful here XD

Dangit, I think I have to choose between Emolga and Heliolisk. They're too similar... Main difference is Heliolisk is stronger with Sp. Attack, while Emolga has much lower but balanced attacking stats, and a slightly better normal defense.
But they're both slightly above average speed, squishy defense electric types, with unimpressive attack. They get OHKO'd, they don't OHKO.
Maybe it's fine and I just need more tanks in the team. Like switching out Flygon for Claxorus.
Bisharp, Gallade, Heliolisk, Emolga, Golurk, Flygon.
Sadly it seems my team plans from before went down the drain. I remade my team with my favorites but this doesn't seem to be working very well.

You forgot the part where Emolga is part-Flying, giving it Roost and STAB Acrobatics/Air Slash. With that said, probably stick with Heliolisk, half your team is weak to ice if you keep Emolga in it. Oh by the way I added your FC a while ago and entirely neglected to mention it.

I'll add you later. It's true Emolga does get STAB acrobatics, but his attack is pretty underwhelming. And it's physical, while he also has moves like Volt Switch or Thundershock to use. And Roost, I don't see an use for, really. The main problem is any heavy striker EV trained can likely KO Emolga even with normally effective attacks.
I was thinking about maybe EV training Emolga for Attack, though. With Wild Charge it can probably have a stronger setup along with Acrobatics, but that recoil will make it even more of a struggle to live past one turn.
Heliolisk gets pretty great coverage though, with Surf and Dark Pulse, and possibly can switch in to a water attack and heal from it. Though nothing in my team encourages being attacked by water. The sad part is defense lower than Emolga while being weak to ground and fighting. I think he would do well with a Focus Sash though.

Since I traded my Aegislash for a JP ditto, I decided to replace it with my favorite ghost type, Chandelure. It is also my first EV'd/IV'd/Nature pokemon. (I usually just EV.) At level 50 it rocks a monstrous 216 Special Attack with a beneficial nature, max IVs, and max EVs. For the record, my ingame party is around level 80 now, and none of them even have an attacking stat above 200. (My Florges comes close at 197.)

The lati twins did not need a mega.I like that both of their mega forms look identical and are the same color Also i found the other gen 6 legendaries. I like how it says "coming years" as far as releases lol like in another year z/ x^2 y^2 (which i really hope they dont do. Z is fine, but doing that whole 2 thing again seems redundant) Also mega swampert! Pls?..... and mega raichu. Id be content then. Wait mega dragonite. Like seriously all the other psuedo legends before gen 5 got megas except dragonite. Why? Anywho.

Except...y'know, Salamence, who still steals most of Dragonite's thunder and outclasses him outside of bulk with Multiscale. Oh, uh...and there wasn't a pseudo in Gen 2. So only 1/3 got a mega.

Just a heads up: Scolipede is the hidden "major threat" that almost nobody has noticed this generation.
Reason 1: For the first time since Gen 2, chsnges to stats have been made. Examples are Ampharos getting a slight Defense buff, Raichu getting a speed buff... And Scolipede gets a 10 Base Stat increase to attack. This may seem small, but this leaves Scolipede's totals at: 60/100/89/55/69/112 These are very solid sweeping stats.
2: Scolipede's movepool is amazing. It packs a huge offensive and support movepool, with things like Swords Dance, Spikes, Megahorn, Baton Pass, and many more.
3: New Ability. This is quite possibly the biggest one. Las generation Scolipede had Quick Feet for a hidden ability, a rather average ability. This gen? It got Speed Boost. For the record, Speed Boost turned trash NU Sharpedo into a UU threat, and UU tier blaziken into the legendaries' tier.
Combine this with it's huge movepool, and it can be a Attack/Speed Baton Passer, a deadly sweeper, a fast hazard layer, and more.
Scolipede is another pokemon this generation that legitimately scares me. However, I went against a Mega Banette today in a random battle. It's truly one of the worst megas imo.

And a mega gyrados with a dragon type Also scolipede.... didnt see that one coming? Its a good fairy killer in a dragon team based on what you said. Throw it in with a mega charizard and youve got a decent team of dragons plus bug. Also anyone know where i can get a sharp claw? I kinda want a weavile.

They should be on Route 8 - you have to fish for it. Your Shellder awaits you. I also did notice just today that Scolipede can get Speed Boost, fighting one in the Battle Maison. It was kinda annoying. But why? Why do they rebalance random Pokemon like that while hundreds are eating dust? When they could be so much better with just simple stat boosts? Yet they just handpick a few and keep catering them for the meta...
