You're probably going to want to get the latest one (3.0-634). Then it's up to you to figure out whether you need the 32 bit or 64 bit version for windows.

A DLL file, AKA one of the many reasons why I don't like Windows.
You can download it from somewhere (that can easily be found with the power of Google), as I have several times, but it seems like the sort of thing that could be dangerous if you go to the wrong site, so if you're going to do that you should probably make sure your antivirus software is up-to-date and all that.
