Dunno. It opens fine for me, so I don't thinks anything's wrong with Dolphin or the game. It could be your computer (just a guess). Google would be your best bet at this point.

deleted gf and re downloading it While it's downloading, check how much RAM you have. (Don't bother checking your CPU's stuff; it's dual-core, so that won't be the problem.) Also, next time you try to load the game, have a Task Manager open off to the side with the Processes tab up, sort it by memory usage, and see what's at the top, the numbers of everything toward the top, etc.

i have deleted it but have not down loaded it Well, I'm about 90% sure the file isn't the problem, so if it's still in the Recycle Bin, I'd recommend that you restore it rather than redownload it. But first, check how much RAM you have; that'll be important. If you don't have enough then restoring the file will be pointless.

But first, check how much RAM you have; that'll be important. If you don't have enough then restoring the file will be pointless. 6GB of RAM but it says 5.61 GB is usable I'm going to assume you're not actually looking at your remaining hard drive space instead of your RAM and say that that is by far the most epic laptop I've ever heard of. As for what the problem is... not sure. I'd look at the Task Manager's Performance tab and see how much of that RAM is in use. Then after that most likely isn't the problem I'd check the Processes tab and see if you have any unwanted processes burning through your computer's resources. If that's not the issue, I'd run a virus scan, and when that most likely finds nothing I'd say the problem almost has to be the file. (At this point I'm kind of grasping at straws to come up with an explanation...)

^Yes it is. That Memory Usage graph (obviously) tells me that you're nowhere near running out of RAM, so that's not the problem. What I did notice, however, is that you have a 64-bit version of Windows. since i dont know i gone for 32bit. Which means you have the wrong version of Dolphin, unless you noticed that a while ago and switched. So get the 64-bit version and you should be good to go.
