I do say so. If you liked the original TLM, you'll definitely enjoy the 3rd movie.

Okies.
The Iron Giant was my favourite movie when I was a kid and it still is one of them now.

leon the professional. jean reno plays leon. leon is a hit man for hire in newyork. his life is turned on its head when 12 year old mathilda, played by natalie portman, looks to him for help during a dire situation.
i like leon, some people may find it predictable or cliche, but what isnt these days? even quentin tarantinos "edgy" movies have fallen into a rut. the characters are great and the story is captivating. i cant recall any gory scenes, but there is plenty of violence. if you have young kids, and you think they can handle the content, they may still get bored during some parts.
blade runner. harrison ford is a blade runner, a unit configured to hunt down rogue androids. this is set far into the future. he is taken out of retirement to to do his job.
this is sci fi, so the world and state of the human race is completely changed. unlike starwars, it doesnt shove it down your throat though. blade runner was also directed by ridley scott so if you like his work (alien and legend come to mind) you may enjoy blade runner through his direction. this film still is violent, maybe not as much as leon but again, you should use discretion if youre thinking of watching this with your kids.

Boy do I have a lot of recommendations: - This is Spinal Tap - It's a brilliant film and if you've never seen it you need to because otherwise you smell. Mockumentary about a fictional rock band and their hijinks. The songs are actually great too.
- A Mighty Wind - In exactly the same vein as This is Spinal Tap, same people, actually, though it follows three bands preparing for a folk festival.
- Waiting for Guffman - Directed by one of the people from Spinal Tap (I really like that film), it's another mockumentary about the town of Blaine, Missouri putting on a musical to celebrate their 150th anniversary.
- The Gamers. Mostly just recommending the second one, which is much better, but the first is pretty cool too. Follows a group of Tabletop RPGers (the first film doesn't say it's D&D, but the second one does, since they got licensing)
- Avatar (3D). This film is like your eyes and ears are having hot sex for two hours, while your brain is in the next room hitting the wall and trying to make them keep the noise down. Yes, the story is Pocahontas with blue space elves, but the pretty pictures are enough
- UHF. "Weird Al" Yankovic's film. Full of song parodies, corny jokes and quotable lines. Nice feeling of satisfaction at the end.
- Time Bandits. Half of Monty Python was involved in the creation of this film, one of them directed it. Most of the film is pretty laughably bad, but the ending. Oh, the ending makes up for everything. SECOND. BEST. ENDING. EVER.

Tangled WAS A BEAST.
anyone who says its girly is an idiot. i felt really good after seeing that movie. you instantly love the characters, and its a new twist on the Disney classics. Flynn and the horse are funny.
