Has anyone cleared all Challenges yet? I only have the 100 hour VS (which I'm confounded about as to why it takes so long to get since I have thousands of hours on Melee) and Get all stickers challenges left. No hammers used.

My friend has the game. He done most of the Challenges but left the really hard ones out. Now he just has the game for multiplayer mode.

Friend Code, if this is still valid ;D
0473-7471-4073 I tend to main Wario, Diddy Kong, and Peach, but really play as just about everyone. Except Ness. And Charizard.
As for the Brawl vs Melee debate: I support Brawl, simply because I've never taken the Smash Bros. series terribly seriously as a fighting game; it's really more of a chaotically fun and wild action/party game to me. Therefore, the removal of L-cancel and its brethren didn't bother me one bit, especially since they were technically spawned from glitches and programming oversights. If anything, I see the altering of the gameplay (not to mention the addition of new characters) as an opportunity for longtime fans to master new techniques and strategies and relieve the joy of rising to the top and constantly growing in skill, instead of sitting back where it's comfortable and taking a "they changed it now it sucks" mentality. There's just so much content Brawl has to offer, it's a shame to not enjoy it.
Of course, I play with most items on (hammers and heart containers, GET OUT, but Final Smashes are a blast), all levels available including several customs, and almost always with three or four players. I mean, I enjoy an occasional Final Destination no items one on one match now and then, the chaotic frenzy of, say, Spear Pillar with banana peels is much more fun to me. I know that my gameplay choices are typically regarded as "noobish," but I'm ok with that. I consider myself above average at least (though certainly not pro-level), but Brawl just isn't terribly serious business to me. I mean, the game itself is a gigantic Nintendo homage, and who can take Nintendo super-seriously?

Everyone has their own opinion, I guess. My view of Smash as a competitive serious game comes from my brother, who happens to be friends with/Smash with the #5 Serious Smasher in Texas. He (my bro) might have a good ranking if he ever decided to enter into a tourney.
Yeah, that coupled with the fact that he only plays Serious matches with me and he is the only one that I Smash with on a regular basis means that my view of Smash is that of a 'Serious Game' as opposed to a 'Casual Game.'
I do enjoy a crazy battle every once in a while, but I tend to prefer serious, no item battles on Melee, because that's what I'm familiar with and that's how I've been 'brought up', if I can call it that.
But, certainly, everyone can have their own opinion, and I'm not going to hate anyone for it.
Now that that's out of the way, I'll add you next time I get on Barlw.

With the removal of the best character, I have found to get several potential favorites, for this game of course: Ike & Marth Wolf Fox Falco Bowser Adds some spicy variety to my daily Poké-beating.

The only things I'm missing are a handful of stickers, the dragon tank enemy trophy from Subspace Emissary, and the Galleon Tank Mode trophy. Boss Battles on Intense is just way too ridiculous.
Me: "Alright, I've beaten almost everyone! C'mon, Diddy, we can win this!"
Porky: "Yeah, about that..."

Great tip: use Charizard with constant ->B ( rock headbutt) Worked for me. I know Rock Smash does absurd damage, but there's too much of a delay afterward. I'm never able to dodge the boss's counterattack, given how fast they are on higher difficulty... Diddy's speed just suites me more. I find Porky fairly easy... Porky isn't usually that bad, it's just that stupid no-startup nigh-undodgeable multistab attack he loves to use racks up so much damage... What a jerk.

Yah, if you get caught by it it usually helps to push your control stick upwards to get out of it faster.

I've beaten all of the "Barlw Event Matches" on Hard except the last single player one (Giant Mario, Snake, Sonic). After a couple of failed tries, I decided to be a n00b and use Ike's Counter until I got a high percentage, hang off the edge and use his Up-B repeatedly, then use an edge attack once they got to a high percent.
It hasn't worked yet, but I'm still trying.

Of course, you still need to apply some strategy & tactics, as in dodge and wait for an opening. I highly, highly recommend you do Intense Boss Battle this way, for your own sanity's sake. You'd also want a little luck on your side, as in encounter the more difficult bosses early.

Well, there's more than a little pride factor involved, as well. I'm confident I can win as Diddy, having gotten as far as Tabuu twice now. I've got boss patterns hard-coded into my muscle memory, but always with Diddy's speed and acrobatics to rely on.
The "pride" comes from the fact that while Charizard is the intelligent choice if I actually want to win, I've formed a bond of sorts with Diddy after all the thousands of battles we've fought. I figure it's only right that he be the one to conquer the greatest challenge.
I...I get a bit too sentimentally attached to my fighter mains...

I too had a sense of pride just the way you describe, but I choose to finally swallow that pride by trying with another character ( Charizard), and it sure was worth it, since I finally got past that annoying challenge.
