Punch line is really weird, i'll probably end up watching all of it but i dunno how much i'll like it. At least it's honest about its insanity.
Finished Your Lie in April, top 10 easily.
Build Fighters Try was good. Simple, but good. I think in terms of overall plot the first season was better but i enjoyed the fights in this season just as much, if not more.
Kuroko 3 continues to get my hype up every episode.

I finished Mirai Nikki. Ah, my life will never be the same... There was an OVA which has a happier ending, but it seemed to bend over backwards in order to make it all work and I don't think it really worked. I prefer the original ending because a relationship like that would end in misery rather than a happy ending. It's not even a case of realism, it's a case of not portraying Yuno as a romantic ideal... bah, it's been ages since I watched that show.

I was going to watch it soon. I know it's a happy ending, and very different from the series, but I still think it would be nice to get actual closure. Plus more Akise Aru and Yuno!

To be honest, Mirai Nikki seems so completely divorced from the kind of anime I thought you usually liked to watch that I really am starting to worry if we're starting to switch places... but man, Akise Aru was great, at least he was until I noticed that he's just like every other gray-haired male anime character following Kaworu Nagisa. You know, I only just made that connection. And here I thought Rei was the only archetype that properly originated from Eva. ALSO speaking of switching places, Yamada-kun and the 7 witches was pretty funny and charming. It's a rom-com where the leads can swap bodies. Unfortunately, it looks like more girls are going to get introduced, so what could have been an endearing love-triangle is likely to become a bog-standard supernatural harm instead. I'll keep watching until it gets to be too much. On another note, keep an eye out for this image as you roam the internet. I wouldn't be surprised if a fair amount of people start using this as their Avatar. I'd be tempted if I hadn't already found one that was pretty perfect.

It was something I kind of got into, the first anime I've ever watched with someone! Still, you always seem to say that... I've watched all kinds of anime! I thought it was amazing, it's among the few anime that truly made me feel emotional a lot... Behind the hatred there lies a murderous love...
And that link you sent is totally weird. You can't copy it... It's not an image, and quoting your post to copy it, it's still an invalid link...

Kara no Kyoukai - Ufotable It's like Fate/ with more everyday life and less fights and no battle royale. Featuring Ufotable's beautiful art/animation as Ufotable's beautiful art/animation, and Yuki Kajura/Kalafina as Yuki Kajura/Kalafina.
Ninja Slayer - TRIGGER It's like Inferno Cop, but with more ninja slayers and no inferno cops. Featuring Studio Trigger's "animation" lol as Studio Trigger's "animation" lol, and YEEEEART!

One Punch Man. First anime I've watched in a while, and so far it's very good.

Acceleration ninja has a ton of gimmicks about it that I love using. Like using his B charge for a melee attack. As well as dashing into something and jumping the instant you hit it for another hit (and trying to add either an air dash or charge B/ B shot in the mix) Directional charging with B shot. (that moment when you Run faster than your projectile.)

I recently started the seemingly impossible task of watching Hunter X Hunter 2011. On about episode 8, it's been really solid Shonen fare so far but I'm waiting for the part when it's supposed to get really good. I think I would have been obsessed with this show if I had watched it when I started watching anime.
Also been watching Concrete Revolutio... not sure how much I actually like it. I can almost see it coming together.
The Winter season started this week. Mostly junk, but the first episode of ERASED (Boku Dake ga Inai Machi) came out today and it is really good. If it keeps up, it should hopefully end up being the best show I've watched weekly since Gatchaman Crowds.
Oh, and AssClass? I forgot that season two was airing this season. Better go watch that.

I've been watching Hunter x Hunter recently. I thought it was pretty interesting for the whole first arc... it's entertaining, and usually does things differently than the standard shonen, and really, it's much more "keikaku dooru" than an action shonen, because there's rarely any straight-up fights. I think it loses focus after the first arc, and spreads out the characters too much, but up to episode 80~ so far it's still been pretty good. I'm a big fan of that opening...
It's the only opening for all 148 episodes...
The main qualm I have with the series, is that it kills a lot of people. And that's not spoilers, I mean, a bunch of random background-side characters die, there's borderline massacres... but the thing I have against that is that it always gets glossed over like nothing. In fact, most of the time the characters keep this creepy cheery smiling attitude while everyone dies around them, and no one ever cares.
Well, besides that, it's a pretty nice anime.

There's supposed to be a really good arc involving 'Chimera Ants' but I don't know which episode that starts at.

That's right around episode 80, actually, where I left off, so I'll see how it goes. I think the arc before it was the best after the first one, so maybe it continues to pick up well after all.

Guess who's finally getting around to watching Death Note That's right, my friend Jon. And Nate. And Josh. And Maia. And me. We're all watching it together. It's a party. I did this with my friends last August...unfortunately, it really tapers off in the second half in my opinion. After the scene where Light's father tests him bu putting him at gunpoint I just have trouble continuing. So I've seen the first half of Death Note about 5 times, and my friends have all seen it once, and I've only seen the second half once.
