Oh damn that guy is funny. A word of warning though if your going to watch a lot of his videos, don't take his reviews that seriously. He is way over the top and overexagerates a lot, especially when he ni-picks. Still hilarious though.

Yeah I know, and I think I've watched every review of his twice and I follow new episodes every wednesday.
I normally agree with his verdicts even when I like the game, but even he himself has stated that he only trys so hard to hate games because he creates better humor when he's criticizing, and people hated him when he gave a positive review of psychonaughts. So even for games he really likes he lays on hate. (Bioshock, batman arkham asylum)
And yeah his skyrim one is pretty cool. My favorites are his sims and WoW ones. And wolfenstein.

The new DMC looks pretty dreadful... at least in terms of writing.

Dante's my favorite video game character. The first two DMCs weren't that great, but starting at DMC3, he's just so awesome. I mean, people typically like him because everyone likes a badawesome guy. But... Well, there's no way for me to say it without sounding like a popcorny cheeseball, but he was basically like my Kamina (can't stop bringing up Gurren Lagann recently...). My friend kept shoving the idea of playing the game down my throat until I did, I didn't really want to because I thought it was just a killdemonsbloodviolencepls game. But this was around the time in school where my social skills were below zero, and I would completely ignore people who tried to talk to me and stuff.

So the actual game was fun and didn't actually end up as a violent bloodfest, despite Dante being in the role of the unstoppable badawesome demon hunter. He was just a really confident guy doing everything over-the-top, had a witty remark to everything without cursing, treated everything like a game or a party... It's a nice bittersweet, sad story, too. To not go off writing forever here, in the end, he's purely a good guy at heart who wouldn't hurt a (non-demon) butterfly, and makes a living helping people despite his company always being in debt, basks in pizza and strawberry sundaes... Later in DMC4, he's just about the hammiest/showiest character ever.

Welp, it may be popcorny, but DMC3 really was the first step that set me into the road of becoming social, wanting to be that awesome confident outgoing guy with virtually no real faults (or at least anything you could look down on).

And needless to say... The new Dante almost makes me cry at how terrible he is in comparison. How could they turn such a great character into this modern emo teen with no redeemable factors, whose catchphrase is **** you, all in the name of Dante. While I'm at it, Vergil, too. They just should have given it a different name...

Oh, right, I forgot I wanted to check that video out. I'm sure it'll be some good laughs, especially with Kid Icarus references.
