Australian Wildlife. Or just Australia's nature in general.

I'm liking these Abridged shows I guess... I found this SAO abridged series, and not only is it funny, but it actually presents a much more believable and interesting version of Kirito. I could easily see this portrayal of him being a main character in some above average american sitcom on TV, or better yet, a Light Yagami style protagonist in a serious anime taking place in an MMO setting like Sword Art Online, whose mere existence brutally mocks and takes apart the sterotypical gamer fantasy that the original SAO presents. He doesn't get much time to shine in episode one, but he gets more and more despicable (and thus funnier and funnier) each episode (and there's only 4 right now)

Totally curious if this could be shrunken down into a signature-sized gif.
Would seriously change my signature to that.

Finally, I no longer have to use words to prove why No Game No Life is bad. Can you see what's wrong with this game of chess? For clarification, white being played by 9 year old female protagonist Shiro, has just taken her move. Could this show get any more stupid?

I mean, you've been making a huge deal of it not being a normal chess game...

I mean, you've been making a huge deal of it not being a normal chess game... Oh, right. Chess imagery is a regularly used visual motif in the series, and the game itself is often played by the characters, so I can see how you'd be confused. In episodes 3 and 4, the 'chess' game being played that I was complaining about was using magic and other crap and was basically the worst. This is a different game of regular chess from episode 9. Since it goes by standard rules, if you look at the chessboard closely, you'll see that both kings are in checkmate. In other words, Shiro was in checkmate and she blatantly disregards the rules to put her opponent in checkmate. This is not addressed or mentioned. It's not even cheating really- the show simply just overlooked that massive plot hole.

The show tends to address cheating as a part of the narrative, so you'll see characters cheating and that will become a factor in the game being played. By 'not cheating' I mean that the show itself didn't even realise that Shiro was cheating.

I found another version of Game Theory, and this is the video I start with. It's pretty freaking hilarious.
