How many? The only one I know of is shadow girl. I found killer girl's alt color. Her purple was red. ANd there is a alt g emp.
so the list is

I'm pretty sure signatures minus G Red are the only ones without alts. Shadow Girl probably has one, but it's just too subtle to notice when you're boosting across the room firing lasers.
EDIT:
I think Sirius' alternate was a different colored ring, but I can't say for certain.
Also, I'm replying in this thread to keep the replies together instead of split between two threads.

I don't think Roach has an alt. colour, although it does have silver and gold I think.

Teleport ninja and switching ninja.
I'm fairly sure megaton robot doesn't have a alt.
Machine red/blue and cyber mars/atlas and their proto versions don't have alts as far as i know.
I've never seen a tar diver alternate.
I'll check these later to see if i'm right.

Maybe these guys have alts. Maybe you just have to look closer. Try using the 20th force glitch. See if they have alts. (If you can get it to work. So far I can't figure out how to get it to work with colors)

just because you unlock them with the 20th force glitch doesnt mean theyre obtainable in game. the data could be there, while it might never have been implemented into the actual game, or accidentally made impossibly rare to find.

Cyber hero has an alternate color but it is exactly the same as his normal color.

I think every borg in the game has the code for the Alt cube (I don't have a img but you know what i mean) But not a actual way to get it.
Sirius is the only borg mentioned in this topic that has a alt. (The rings go from yellow to blue.)
