PETA is attcking Pokemon for animal cruelty: features.peta.org/pokemon-black-and-white-parody/This was released a few hours after BW2 were released in NA, probably in response to it, so I thought I'd post it here. I dunno about you...but...<_< how far can one go with a "parody" without infringing copyright? Anyway, I haven't played the game, but I'm assuming its really dumb. Anyway, Pokemon: Black and Blue, available in a link near you. Enjoy while you wait. If I ever had any respect for them before this, this would've been the thing that ended it. Apparently they issued a statement to go along with the game.Not even going to finish that sentence. They clearly don't know how to get Crobat, Blissey, Espeon, Umbreon, Togetic, Lopunny, Lucario, Woobat, or Leavanny. They also know nothing about the anime except that there's some kid named Ash Ketchum. I'm fully convinced now that their astronomical levels of stupidity are simply a cover-up for the fact that they kill most of the animals they "save," but at least it's just another one of PETA's acts of stupidity that I can just completely forget about the existence of and finally go finish White versi-... ... ... F*** you, PETA. F*** you. |

Ahh yes, PETA. Just ignore them.
Just FYI, PETA aren't stupid... sort of, what they stand for is stupid. No, not saying animal rights is stupid, but what they actually stand for is animal as pets or otherwise owned by humans. As far as they're concerned, a dead animal is better than an animal owned by a human.
As for these ploys...
They're purposefully designed to be stupid and dramatic to draw attention, nothing more. And they know it's retarded, so we make fun of them... and they're job is done, even bad publicity is publicity to them, it puts them on the map.
The solution?
Ignore them, basically. They'll fade away when our anger for them does.

I actually played through the game last night. It was pretty funny (for the wrong reasons lol, it was almost like watching some random anime like Baka and Test or something). The weirdest thing about it though, is that it actually made me WANT to buy Black and White 2 xD. I had little interest in the game before hand, but after remembering how the gameplay feels, and how assembling a party feels...I just really want to play Pokemon now. It's almost nostalgic. Ash's design was awesome though, great hat xD. So uh, has it came out in Pal land yet? How is it? Sorry  I didn't mean to derail the topic with peta, I should have put it somehwere else. |

I also have it now. I'm only 42 minutes in and it's already really cool, thanks to the whole "Hey, it's that thing!" factor of running into a Sunkern, an Azurill, a Mareep, etc.
...Anyone know if you find different Pokémon at different times of day in this one? I feel like I can probably find a Spinarak on one of these early routes at night, and that is a thing I would like to have happen.
(To be clear, the question is not "Where and when can I get a Spinarak?" I just want to know if different stuff shows up at different times. Which, come to think of it, is probably in the manual...)

(seriously, Team Plasma was partially made to parody these kind of activists groups) The fact that they still do this kind of s*** or that they have to wait till a game franchise has been alive for over 10 years before they complain about a game. I got the Gerensct event it is uber strong but yeah so my current team is
Phyduck lv 15, Rioul lv 22, Pignite lv 23, Tranquill lv 24, Golem lv 27, Zoura Lv 25
Potential spolier please stop reading if you read on and you dont want to know its your own fault

My Zoura is not mine its N's but it is better for my up and comming battle because solarbeams is too slow

Comes at level 35 complete with such awesome things as Hammer Arm, Flare Blitz, and Zen Mode. Not going to use it though, I already have Growlith as my fire type. To unlock the ability to catch N's Pokemon you have to go to an option on the main menu called "Unova Link" and from there is an option called "Memory Link' which allows you to connect with your Black/White game by eiether using another DS or inputting the Global Link code (which you can find on the Pokemon web site). |

I have a little bit of a predicament. I have an Evee that I'm planning on evolving into either an Umbreon or a Jolteon. I have the means to evolve into either but I don't know exactly what to choose. For today, I will not evolve it yet and wait for you guys to decide for me.
