Thats genius al! I have it nearby but i always save and turn it off before charging. As pluging and playing was how i nerfed the battery life on my original gen ds.
Still works btw, but you cant play more than 1 min tops without being plugged in.
Edit: also i remember de saying something about a poison dragon type.
Skrelps evo is poison dragon. It may not be legendary... but its half as effective against fairys? Maybe 3/4?
Not sure. Im still trying to fathom how poison beats fairy, dark or ghost i could see, but poison has like 5? Attacking moves. Out of what like a movepool of roughly 15 moves in all? Thats an awful choice for a super effective type.
Also im sad that vivillon isnt bug/fairy. Cause it looks like it should be.
Also vivillon is definately one of my favorites this gen.

Edit: also i remember de saying something about a poison dragon type. Skrelps evo is poison dragon. Yeah, I noticed, and I like it, and I even have the game it's exclusive to, and yet I haven't bothered to get a Skrelp yet. No, I don't know why. Also I just thought of something. Dittos are easily caught in the pokemon village and I have access to them. I'm also European. If anyone wants a European ditto so that they can use the mastsuda method for shiny pokemon, contact me and I'll give you one for a US ditto. Interesting idea. I'm pretty sure I have a Ditto sitting around in the PC, I might have to take you up on that offer at some point.

What is that thing's type? I didn't know what to fight it with. Also, yeah, Aegislash is awesome. I'd have one if I could get a Dusk stone. Combine that with the fact that I still don't have a Goodra, and my team was incomplete. Good game. I hope to have a rematch tomorrow.
EDIT: Not even an hour later I got to Goodra. It's only dragon/flying. Anyway going to start building a serious team today. This explains why my electric attacks weren't super effective.

What's wrong with poison? The few moves it does have are good. Sludge Bomb is powerful and has a decent poisoning chance. After they're poisoned through any method, unleash the cannon that is Venoshock. Poison's also enough to heavily dent a tank while you can spam evasion/accuracy or defense stuff, then maybe Giga Drain, and if it works well they'll have something very hard to deal with after. I bet it'd be pretty crazy if they were poisoned AND something like Whirlpool'd, and you switch to something they're not strong against.
Accelgor is a Pokemon capable of that while having extremely good speed. Mine has nothing poison though, but it does have Me First. It's a bit situational, but nothing more awesome than a ninja cutting in front of a dragon with Dragon Pulse. Works great on a lot of other stuff depending on matchups.
Current team: Bisharp, Emolga, Golurk, Mawile, Accelgor, Sigilyph
Oh that's the same team as before. Used Floatzel and Scyther (who was pretty amazing with Technician and U-Turn) through Victory Road but I'm going with my original team for the Elite 4.
So, how does move relearning work? I remember I could make Mawile learn Iron Head, and that was around level 30... And there was also Play Rough. I caught her around level 20, and she had none of those moves, and didn't attempt to Play Rough any time afterwards (then again I did make her remember that one). My Bisharp can also 'remember' Guillotine, but I guess that's because Pawniard learns it earlier? Still doesn't explain Mawile... And other Pokemon have surprisingly good moves they can 'remember.' I'm guessing they actually switched up some of the early level movesets for Pokemon you find later in the 20s+. Or the move relearner gives them fake memories of the future. Because like, I didn't use my heart scale on Mawile's Iron Head, and she learned that on her own around level 45. That's some strange Namine business there.

It's the only way to get them.
Up for a battle?

Good games. Nothing I could do against Mega Blaziken on that second round... And you just proved yourself poison is pretty good. Emolga barely got to do anything.

Good games, Clax. My fighting was a bit shaky at first since I didn't have my full team, just ingame, but I still really enjoyed it.
EDIT: Never said it wasn't, but Toxic is honestly the best Poison move out there. I love toxistalling. First game I didn't get to show off my Chesnaught's awesome set.

Was posting and power went out here. In short, I'm at the Elite 4 now. And I wish Fly was a one turn move because it's like an awesome robot anime attack for Golurk and would have hit your Chesnaught for a ton. Time to finish things here and shape up my team.

I didn't even know Golurk learned fly. When he just launched into the sky, I immediately went: "what!?" But yeah, the one thing that irks me about Chesnaught is that weakness to flying types. EDIT: So throughout the game I've been irritated by all the rocks...then found myself stuck by one. I missed Rock smash and made it this far without it.

I missed Rock Smash, too. Strange, considering I always talk to everyone everywhere, and the NPC for it is right in the middle of a street.
Elite 4's giving me some surprising amount of trouble. Well, it's not that they're beating me, but I'm underleveled, and they're taking out or heavily damaging a lot of my Pokemon, and I don't have a lot of their weaknesses. I guess the main problem is I keep barely getting their Pokemon into red HP, then they get right back up with Full Restores and go back to doing their bigman damage.

Get a sweeper, someone with good buffing moves and strong attacks to complement them, like the event blaziken, Aegislash, or even Bisharp would work.

The Elite 4 seemed progressively easier for me. Steel > Fire > Dragon > Water. Water one was a joke, Emolga and Giga Drain Accelgor OHKO'd everything without a scratch. Only lost one Pokemon on the Dragon elite because Goodra had Fire Blast when I tried to have Accelgor copy a Dragon move.
The champion (gender-swapped Pit?) had almost everything OHKO'd, except the pumpkin thing that seemed to have 999 speed, and her final Pokemon took out 4 of my guys before they could move, but then Mecheor tanked a Shadow Ball like a bigshot and OHKO'd it. Still had Bisharp, too, which probably would have done the same if not better (unless she had one last move I'm not aware of).

Your Ghost Safari has Shuppet. Go figure.
And my Fighting one has Hariyama. Not that I use him anymore, but that's only because I might have him return some day. He's still awesome, and I might remake my team with to spread out my weaknesses and even be able to have someone find one with its hidden ability Sheer Force.

Gah i only just beat gym four? Whichever one gets you fly.
Anyways, i feel like if i was no lifing this one id have beaten it much further.
Maybe not it seems longer than previous games.
Anywho mega evolution is cool. Even if the change is mostly aesthetic. Mostly.
Also i hate the appearance they gave Diantha? She looks retarted. And like a boy but anyways.
Have i mentioned how elated i am that they brought back the exp all? Because thats what the share is again finally.
Good old red and blue tried and true mechanics at work. Bout time.
Man its like ive de aged 10 years XD
Also exp share is super cheap. But it makes me happy.
Now if i could find that ampahros that can mega evolve...

Looks like the type and pokemon chosen for the friend safari aren't random. (Yours is fighting type by the way) Rejoice Steve! Your friend safari dispenses ghost types.

(Though it should be noted that I beat way too many things with a Tyrantrum, which if there's anything non-random about it would explain why it looks like the game pulled it out of its hat since I'm pretty sure fossil Pokémon can't show up in there.) Oh by the way yours is Normal-type and therefore might have Ditto possibly. Hard to say, we apparently haven't been connected to the internet at the same time or whatever it was and so I can't encounter your third thing yet.

I believe yours was indeed a rock type safari and it gave me dwebles and pupitars. THANK YOU FOR THE PUPITARS YOU WONDERFUL PERSON!!! Anyway Just let me know when you want to trade dittos.
