Elizabeth seems to have three instakill attacks. explain?
Also, after watching Yosuke more, I think I'll use him.
...when I get the game.

She has two that are specials that activate after 10 seconds on the field. yeah. yeah, definetly going with Yosuke. long range, fast fighter with a hit-and-run strategy. that's definetly my style. Just ask Al. (remember how I used Lucario in brawl before Kirby? and how I spammed projectiles as Tink? and Pika?)

Looks like we'll be seeing some mirror matches between Claxus and Steve then.
Great games with Claxus! I was especially impressed with myself where it was me with relius vs bang, it started off and the music playing was the final bosses, then in the final round Claxus activated furinkazan, changing the music theme, and then I astral finished him, changing the music a third time! XD. I loved that match but I ran out of steam towards the end with our matches, great games and also I recommend practicing with Carl because you could get really good with him soon.

^ Yeah I keep forgetting about that... we all need to meet for a massive gamerthon of some description. Bloody Xbox live! Costing money and stuff... I'm not actually too worried about the price but it does mean you have to badger your parents. Thankfully Dad made my account for his own use without asking me, (hence why it's not called Alberenza) but he never used it.

Yosuke has a really nice air projectile, but you won't be spamming it because you drop without any control right after, and it's a pretty laggy attack. So if you want to spam like Pikachu or Toon Link and want to be fast fighter with and hit&run, you'd probably be best off with Yukiko or Naoto.
Lol Al, I have no idea what I'm doing when I use Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan. I only use it to show off when I'm winning since the mobility is good to get a last combo in. It was funny when I dropped into your Astral Heat. It'd be funny if the song played when Yosuke used his Sukujaja awakening super.

Everyone is haveing fun without me, ugh I just had to choose playstation.
Anyway Steve watch out Yosuke is kinda hard to learn, his air combos and such. Also don't forget his tetrafoo, its an unblockable! (Don't know why he has an unblockable, so bullcrap that an unblockable is on the fastest char.)

Tentrafoos only a minor annoyance that reverses controls isn't it? That cant be too- Wait what am I saying! Holy crap! Also M.C dont worry, at least you actually HAVE arena.
Claxus somehow Sukuja doesn't seem to warrant bang instal, but it would be quite funny as it's basically the same thing. I thought Yukiko was a long range juggler not a hit and run person. Naoto has a gun, so... yeah.

Well, as long as it's not undodgeable. It should be simple to jump over it, unless it's at the end of a combo...

Yosuke loses so many options when the enemy is in the air. His dash attack where he kicks off the enemy is ground, and Tentarafoo only hits the ground and is a bit slow. His anti-air unblockable (everyone's 2B is anti-air unblockable) has just as much range as Hazama's crouching C (AKA, only directly in front of him).
His Persona is easily avoided from the air, and its only attack that can hit the air is jumping D, which is decent but really slow to start. His two other Persona attacks in the air teleport him down to a low kick, and one is air-to-ground shield drop.
Sure, Yosuke is good in the air with quick slashes and Moonsaults, but besides that, against a good player they'll fight him from the air and render things like Tentarafoo and the enemy step dash near useless outside of combos.
Oh, and I wish I had a PS3. Alberenza is the first friend I've ever had that has a 360. Just about everyone else I know went with PS3...

^ Calamity uses an Xbox, and plays BlazBlue. You may want to play him sometime if you want a game from someone other than me. Most of my friends dont play Blazblue. I sometimes force colonel sarcasm but he uses jin and mashes buttons. ... He's surprisingly good, considering. Oh, I also have a friend who's a fan of persona. I've been pestering her to buy arena when it comes out, she has an Xbox too. (sort of, her brothers.)

www.atlus.com/res/p4arena_faithful_patched_1.jpgAl, that's what I meant by scrubby Jin. I mean, I wasn't playing like that, but the way his attacks are designed, he's just... Kinda scrubby and easy for newbies to get by. Especially the ice car, I'm not even sure if it's punishable. I played someone spamming the rapid slashes and ice car, and it was depressing. Anyway, I guess now's when the real online play begins for 360 users on P4A. Matches were alright, but even 3 bar connection battles were a little slow-mo. Meh, still, I should hold off for a few days. They just shipped my new router today, and my internet just loves to start d/c-spamming as soon as I start playing any game online. Oh, in other news... I learned a decent BnB with Carl that does about 2k. But in challenge mode, I just barely passed the first combo involving Nirvana. The next challenge was an even harder alteration of it... But I think I'm starting to get the hang of sandwich combos.

I haven't completed challenge mode for Relius yet, although I skipped one challenge which involved a ground combo with ignis for being annoying and I actually learnt my corner combo from the last challenge would you believe (obviously modified for my own convenience) I also suck at air combat, so I haven't done much of that either, because Relius looooooves his air combos, or, challenge mode does anyway. I've made up a few combos of my own too.

Okay, crap... I just fought a good Kanji player. My record went from 20/23 to 50/23.
It's sad my opinion is changing now... Even if it's just one character. His Furious Action makes a huge electric field around himself that causes paralyze. It's pretty much unpunishable, and a Kanji player can just mash it to break any blockstring easily leading straight into an easy 3.5k+ damage combo because you're paralyzed and can't react fast enough after you recover.
His command grab has massive invincibility, this guy just threw them out and caught me while dashing, attacking, even using a Super. It apparently stops absolutely anything. And then it proceeds to do a third of your HP. He has another command grab, except it's an anti-air where he shoots his huge Persona up into the air. He has a dive-kick like command grab in the air. Even if you see the dive coming, if he's on trajectory to land on you there's hardly anything you can do to avoid it. I won't even mention his command grab super...
Basically, this guy was doing 3-5 hit combos that did around half of my HP, and most of it was just from easy grabs or... Mashing Furious Action. Ridiculous invincibility that causes paralysis, and can lead into a devastating combo. I pretty much could not approach him at all. He was borderline invincible with the Furious Action and command grabs. Even some rounds where I almost won, I would lose 3/4 of my HP off one combo.
I mean, I guess this only goes for a 'good' Kanji player, but this was extremely ridiculous... Kanji's not very slow at all, has good crossup and really good range, too. It's like a small, fast Tager with invincibility and unblockables on half his moves.
P.S. I can respect a good player, and he was good, he beat me when he used Mitsuru once, too (was pretty close though). But I was almost beginning to even feel depressed when I was so scared to even attack him as Kanji... Even if it's just one character, it's sad to experience something like that after only having completely positive views.

^Now you know how I feel with fighting Al in brawl when he uses metaknight. Al's a good player, and I respect that. However, Meta Knight is just unfair. As Kirby I have to resort to spitting him under the stage and foostool hopping him down in order to even out odds. I always make one stupid mistake on my last life though, and thus why I've never beaten his meta. Like I say. METAknight rules the METAgame. thus why it's named after him.

As a Kanji player I know excatly how he is playing. Plus the anti air move is awesome when strung with his heavy crouching attack. If you are only feeling that way about Kanji you have a lot ahead of you lol there is much worse in the game.
I hope you arnt calling Kanji players cheap though, cause then I would be mad. I play Kanji and I don't mash my furious action, I use it when I need it, like when I know someone is comeing at me.

Well, Meta Knight is really good... But trust me, I've fought Meta Knight players before and it's nowhere near as bad as the Kanji, if the guy I just fought is anything to go by.
He was good, but I feel like he was winning ONLY because of Kanji. Even on the odd matches where I got him down to near death, he would just bounce back by doing 75% of my HP from one easy hit-confirm, or the command grab Super from Awakening mode. And of course, being near invincible by just pressing one button any time I got near.
