^ Actually your probably right, combined with agidynes, I'm imagining a hard hitting noel with less combos for some reason.
Of course everyone in this game is pretty much variations of Relius.

Meh, a lot of characters would work... That's my only disappointment so far. So many potential characters have been left out. I just hope they add DLC characters. They wanted to only use characters that are included in the story I suppose. But the first Blazblue had about the same amount of characters. This is a brand new game by Arc System, so I guess it's not really fair to want a 20+ roster off the bat. Right now, quality over quantity. Everything in the game right now is beautiful.

And Al, does it make you feel better the Yu has alternate Minato colors (+Orpheus colored Persona). I think it may be in the buyable pack, though...

A little 'meh,' I know. But it's something, right? They're relatable enough to be a decent replacement for Minato's absence.

Edit: By the way, what do you use for movement on the 360 controller? I tend to use the analog stick because I find it easier to do inputs. Sometimes I use the d-pad, though, because I feel like the analog stick takes a split second longer to do some complex inputs. I prefer d-pad in general, but the 360's pad almost feels so clunky and mushy sometimes.

Yeah, it is a shame that the timeline kind of restricts it to P4 and 3 chars as the 2 and 1 chars would be grown ups by now. I mean unless we see their grown up forms, which I would love as I am a fan of the originals which not many people have played.

I doubt Metis would be in the game as Labrys allready has an axe, or Shinjiro cause hes well, dead. I could see Ken being a sort of mid ditance fighter, who can keep people away with his spear then assault with his persona.

Also since this fallows the male protagonist timeline I am guessing (It seems like) Female protaginist wont be makeing an appearance.

And yeah I personally think that Minato's colours dont really suit Yu that well, so I'll probably use a different colour. Heck, I may even go for that stylish white one or Ragna's colours.
Your right about the roster. I'm not entirely sure that they'll make a persona 5 arena however.

FeMC would make a great addition as non story related DLC.

Yosuke has a color pallet for that char from persona 2 I mentioned so thats cool atleast.

unless they make a Persona 5, I doubt it will be called Persona 5 arena lol if they ever make a second one they will probobly just add another word to the title, like super, ultra, or final lol

Well I remember seeing Relius alts for Elizabeth that you cannot see in the above link. I just KNOW that I'm going to be using that colour scheme for Elizabeth. Even though it's DLC.

Am I right in believing that persona colours can be chosen separately from character colours?

Yep, that's right. Pretty cool little feature.

Also, Persona 5 is already in development. So a P5A is possible. But I'd like even just an expansion version like Continuum Shift that includes more P3 characters. Maybe P4, but I dunno much about the characters yet besides the main team.

Elizabeth is slightly more popular compared to about half the cast I suppose. But like I mentioned before, there's no real clear 'flock-to' character according to polls.

Because GameFAQs only allows 10 options in a poll, you'll have to do some estimates on actual popularity. But all in all, there's a pretty fair balance minus both Labrys and Teddie.

Then I am satisfied. I probably wont use her at first though, much the same way I was looking forward to Relius but found him waaay to finiky at first. So yeah I'll probably main Yu for a bit then learn Elizabeth.
I'm surprised with Teddie. He looks like barrels of fun to me, even if he is debatably bad.

I will probobly play Kanji or Yosuke, more then likely the manly man Kanji. Hes a grappler in this game and from what i'v seen is devistateing. His 1 hit KO is called brofist, I mean thats awesome lol

I will probably play as Aegis, Chie, or Akihiko, due to them seeming to be very fast, very hard-hitting characters. Also I'm currently playing Persona 3 Portable, so that's another reason to play as Aegis and Akihiko.

Also even though there are no playable characters from the first two Persona games, that doesn't mean there won't be any NPCs from those games that will be in story mode.

From what i'v seen Akihiko is also very persona deficiant, his only good persona move is his jumpe persona attack, other then that, I see people try not to use his persona. Also he can chain his attacks like no other.

I bought and now have the game, its really fun. I pay Kanji, hes clunky and slow, but he has some good combos.
