^ Did you find out who the true culprit is? Surely the game shouldn't end if you don't throw him into the TV.
Well if it isn't him then no. Nanako came back fighting her condition and teddie went back to tv. Time moved forward till the 1 year mark
That's strange. Maybe it's different in the golden? I'd try looking up the endings for this game, it sounds like you didn't even get the normal ending. But if Nanako is alive then you should have gotten the bad ending.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. Absolutely amazing game. If you have a Wii U (which you should) you need to own this game. 10/10, easily.

One hundred percent souls acquired on a normal mode blind run of Castlevania Aria of Sorrow, the first time I've ever played a Castlevania game.

I just beat metal gear solid 2, and now I'm really kicking myself for not having played MGS1 first. It was brilliant stuff, people seriously think that this is the worst game in the franchise? It didn't send me on the same emotional roller coaster MGS3 did, but it's plot twists and messages really threw me for a loop.

Now beat 4 and then Metal Gear Rising, topping off the legendary story of Raiden. The first MGS holds up pretty well in this age, though. It was short but enjoyable.

Just beat Persona Q. If I wasn't trying to be less obnoxious about the various things I like, I would be hyping this game up so much right now, like, everywhere. Never underestimate Atlus, even when it looks like they're doing nothing more than 'milking' two of their popular games. The death of these two games, so near and dear to my heart, just makes me ever more excited for the birth of Persona 5 and anything else Atlus has coming in the pipeline. I'll be posting a review of Persona Q on my blog, that much is certain to me.
The music is amazing. It may even be my favorite final boss theme in SMT, and I didn't think Battle For Everyone's souls would ever be topped.
But man, these two were great as well, as were plenty others.

^ So basically I have no reason (other than "I'm poor") not to get this since it's actually for a nintendo console for once.

Well, I doubt you'd like it right away because you don't have much investment in the Persona series, which I'd argue is the largest requirement for getting into the game, and the way Q ties in thematically with both games is what I enjoy most about the story. You've seen LPs of both Personas 3 and 4, right? That would probably help. You like Etrain Odyssey as well don't you? That might help you enjoy the gameplay, as it's based on the same engine. Out of the RPGs, this has the best gameplay in the Persona series thanks to its Etrain Odyssey routes. I spent about 90 hours on the game, although I'm a fairly slow gamer, and I sometimes leave the game on while I do other things. As for DLC, you get two free DLC personas, the rest of the DLC is basically worthless. Just two more Personas and more people to yell at you in battle.

You seem to forget I've watched a let's play of P4. While I haven't played it myself, I definetly have invested quite a bit of time. EDIT: Derp. My point still stands, just because I haven't played it doesn't mean I haven't invested quite a bit of time into the series.

He said that tho
But it looks like I'm actually gonna be able to play P4 myself now. Although the battle theme not being Reach Out to the Truth makes me have second thoughts.

My point still stands though. Also, why? Reach out to the truth...isn't that good. (imo) It's one of the worst pieces of music in the game.

To each their own, I guess. I see why people like it, but other than the great chorus the song just really doesn't stick with me.

I think Reach Out to the Truth is still the battle theme, and Time to Make History is the theme that plays whenever you get an advantage over the enemy at the beginning of a battle. Or is it the other way around? I don't know, I've never played Golden. I like Reach Out To the Truth when listening to it in game, but as a standalone theme I usually find myself listening to other music.
But yeah if you're interested in Persona Q, it's definitely worth playing. If you're an Etrian Odyssey vet though I'd recommend playing on hard mode at the absolute minimum, in some respects I regret not picking risky difficulty. They do this thing where you can change the difficulty mid game, but not to risky if you didn't select it to begin with. Likewise, if you pick risky, you're locked into that difficulty for that playthrough.

If I don't have to grind in hard, I'll pick hard...though since it's Etrian Odyssey inspired I'm expecting some grinding. Also I'd say my problem with Reach Out to the truth (and what seems to be all of Persona's normal battle themes) is that I don't like rap, and I really don't like how it's executed in those songs. I'm not saying Persona has bad music though; one search of this game's music aside from the stuff Al already posted shows this game clearly does not.

I agree, most of my favourite musical tracks in the series are largely instrumental. I never really found myself sitting down for grinding sessions in Q, which was refreshing after tedious elements in Shin Megami Tensei IV like the fiends. *Shiver*. In any case, you'll only have to seriously grind if you want to keep your entire 18 member party fully leveled. You don't need to do that, and the game gives you accessory items to help out with that anyway.

I was responding too fast to see the edit, so I thought I mention the 'sound of the Labrynth' official remixes which you can find by searching youtube. I posted that remix in Claxus' thread, but Maze of Life sounds even better there. Should also share these two 'outtake' songs. Basically longer and thus awesomer versions of some of the battle themes. FriendsF.O.E

Beat "The Last Federation" again, but this time I successfully formed a Federation of all races in Federation Mode and all races survived in my Invasion Mode victory as well.

I also recommend, dawn of sorrow (the sequel) and portrait of ruin. And the one with alucard... Symphony of the night. And if your really hardcore circle of the moon is good (but way hard)
