Finally done with Dark Souls 2. I'm so glad there was a second ending, I really liked the story overall. The game gets a lot of flack but it really does feel like a proper sequel and conclusion to the first Dark Souls as opposed to just another unrelated entry in the series. It's really great as a direct sequel, the last scene left a strong impact on me.
I have nothing to do now. I still don't feel like playing Etrian Odyssey Untold, nothing else is coming out that interests me, University is 100% over until September, so I guess I really will be making a game now.

Code Name Steam. While it clearly has its flaws, it was still a great experience. A couple of the later chapters are infuriating as you start in really unfavorable positions (ex: in a large pit with exploding aliens coming down from above.) But it was fun. Also Fire Emblem: Awakening about 5 more times. I figured out that I lose a good amount of interest in Xenoblade between Satorl Marsh and until Eryth(?) Sea.

Just beat Recettear earlier. It was the first time I've played the game. I got no game overs.

Persona 3 Portable in 54hrs..well nyx is dead.
This guy clearly does not care for aftergame/persona grinding/ sidequests. 54 hours is far too little.

Wonderful 101. There's a lot more to do in it, but that falls outside of the purview of a rental.

Oh hey, just noticed this topic.
Like I said in that other one, Run 2 is something I've 100% completed relatively recently.

So Ghost Trick is pretty great. Why isn't this game more well known? And why is Missile pretty much the cutest thing ever? Ah knoo eet T&T is my favorite in the series, so I have a soft spot for it personally. How does it rank for you? Whoops forgot about this^ If I had to rank them, I'd say Trials & Tribulations > Ace Attorney 1 > Justice For All. Not that JFA was a bad game per se but it felt a little stale like it was just more of the same, there wasn't as much in-game continuity that really tied the game together, and Franziska wasn't as interesting a villain. Psych locks were a cool new addition though and I have to give JFA credit for exploring more of the Fey clan. Also 2-4, enough said. Trials & Tribulations I felt actually went way beyond what the previous two games did, from achronological cases (2-1 doesn't count ), playing as other characters, and the continuity both within the game and with the previous games was really well done. Also Godot is the most interesting villain so far. Even so, the first game is still what I primarily think of when I think Ace Attorney. Phoenix and Edgeworth, cases 1-2 and 1-4, the music cues like the objection and pursuit themes, even the save data jingle, are all classic. I also think Edgeworth's villain arc was handled the best out of all the games. 1-2 sets up Edgeworth as the ruthless prosecutor, 1-3 is his character development and redemption, and finally in 1-4 you defend him from an even more ruthless prosecutor and learn about his tragic backstory at the end. Contrast that with Franziska who is proud and mean for most of the game, then she gets shot in the last case so you kind of feel bad for her, and she redeems herself at the very last moment when she brings the final evidence. And there's a short epilogue scene with some backstory but not much. I felt Godot had the same problem as Franziska where the sympathy and redemption came a little too late. He's a jerk for no known reason throughout most of the game until the very end of the last case when you get his tragic backstory and redemption. Then the game is over, credits roll, ha ha Pearl is going to sign up Phoenix for the deluxe ice waterfall thing. So although Godot's character might be more interesting, I think Edgeworth's story was presented in a much more satisfying and powerful way. Moving on, which game are you supposed to play next? Miles Edgeworth or Apollo Justice

Miles Edgeworth or Apollo Justice Well, I consider Franziska's development to resolve much more in T&T and Investigations than in JFA; in fact I don't really even see her final-evidence moment as very redemptive for her since her response at the end of the case isn't exactly "oh well everyone's okay so I'm glad I could help!" :3 All that being said I get why most people aren't especially fond of her so I won't force it I kinda wish Godot could get more appearances/development too, but with the way his story resolved I don't think it's exactly possible to get much more out of him besides flashbacks Would you say you have a favorite character in the trilogy, then, or not? The Edgeworth games come next chronologically speaking, though as you can guess with Investigations being a spinoff, you don't really need AJ or ME to understand each other.
