What's amusing to me is you saying the two are so similar... Similar? How so? Please clarify. I don't know what gripes you have with each, so this statement is quite puzzling to me. Well, they're completely different in gameplay of course, one being a FPS and the other a Z-Targeting action game, but the overall experience felt the same for me. -The emphasis on the AI's (ADA and Cortana) as "people". This was the biggest suprise to me, which is what I mainly found amusing since I played both within a week of each other. -In both, I found some parts to be too grindy (some sequences were noticably repetitive. Both also feature few enemy types, and if you count the different upgrades as different enemies for ZOEs, they have about the same amount of enemy types). -Amount of gameplay diversity; though both ZOE and Halo had their fair share of mixing it up, it wasn't enough to mask the repetitiveness of fighting hoards of the same enemies over and over again for me. -Fairly light stories, but they really came together in the end, ZOE's moreso than Halo's (the way ZOE's story was told also reminded me of SotC, where it's pretty light throughout, but everything you do makes the ending more profound). -Both gave me about the same amount of enjoyment, though I haven't played either's MP much. But, it seems the general consensus says that ZOE2 is loads better than ZOE...so I'm definitely looking forward to playing that.

The last game I've beaten was Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Geneations. I've still haven't finished it though and am still trying to complete all the survival and tournament challenges.

Finally beat Touhou Chireiden ~ Subterranean Animism with all the characters! ... on Easy mode. In my opinion Subterranean Animism is one of the harder Touhou games. Props for beating it at all All the characters? Which are your favorite?

Zero escape- Virtues Last Reward. 100%
It was a bloody amazing game. It may still be on sale on the 3DS e-shop, so pick it up immediately after reading this message. You know, if you want to... Mind bending narrative and literally the best sequel hook I have ever seen. It's also on the PSPvita.
If you'd rather know about the game before you'd buy it, well, you can look it up or wait for the comparison review I plan on between this and Dangan Ronpa 1.
Also, you may want to play or watch/read a lets play of 999, the first game in the zero escape series, VLR being the second and most recent, before this. I'd send you the link to the SA LP however the pay wall is up and frankly no one cares.

Genji: Dawn of the Samurai for the PS2
Good action game, though a little repetitive.

I think I might have mentioned this before but I got Megaman X Collection for the PS2 and after weeks of trying, I finally managed to beat X1 on it. I hate Sigma.

You know his second form is weak to rolling shield right? Yes. I said it was difficult, not nearly impossible. His attacks can be a bit hard to avoid, and the fight still lasts a while even with the Rolling Shield.

I beat Mega Man X5 over the weekend. Kind of playing them out of order. Fun game though. I guess in a sense I beat Monster Hunter 3:Ultimate as well. By defeating the final boss monster of the original Tri but this one has I guess a new Final Boss monster, so I don't know. Also I guess in a sense I beat Animal Crossing New Leaf, by getting one of K.K. Slider's songs, which you see the credits when you listen to it.

Just beat Babel and became the demon overlord in Devil survivor overclocked. Yeeeeeeeah! Babel was really difficult. I had trouble with its first form so when it made me fight all of the previous Bels AND a stronger version of itself afterwards, in sucession, all during the same battle... yeah, its a miracle that after my initial failure with the first form, it only took me an extra attempt to beat it.
So now I'm on the 8th day, instead of choosing to restart. And for a demon lord I don't seem to be appreciably stronger. Something silly about my powers not being awakened yet... oh well. I hope God is the final battle of this route or else I'll be disappointed. Though apparently Babel is the strongest boss in the game aside from an optional one, so unless God himself is somehow weaker than that it seems doubtful... I guess even the Japanese have some lines which they don't cross, even if this route basically is making God out to be an utter dick. Very refreshing.

Ok now I beat the game. Metatron was a pain in the but, however I fully awakened as overlord. I didn't choose to kill anyone, so everyone rallied behind me as I went to do battle with God. Probably the best ending since everyone likes me, and neither god nor the demons will bother humanity again, which will allow them to live in peace. I haven't seen the other endings but if you choose to be a messiah then that means that humanity will still be purged if they commit sin. That's no good. Neutral endings where you restore the world to its original state don't sound like its any good, either, since god and the demons still lie in wait. And of course abusing your power as overlord just creates a world where you and only you benefit, along with the few allies who stick by you. Yep. Shame I got this ending first, its going to be difficult to watch myself make all these poor decisions in the messiah route which I plan on taking next. The angels are complete dicks, so I'm not going to enjoy working for them... If I had one nitpick with the ending I got, its that I didn't actually get to fight god himself. It would have been awesome for the final day to be the actual attack on heaven, rather than preparation for your awakening and fending off metatron, who merely retreats and doesn't die. But whatever, I'm still happy.

Digital Devil Saga 2! Yay! Great game. Seraph was a really interesting concept for a character, just a shame She/he didn't have more dialogue since She/he only makes an appearance in the final dungeon. Which was about 5-10 hours long, but not many cutscenes. Also I finally got to beat up God in one of these games! Yeah! He was very easy. But epic, to put it mildly.Uh... So, eternal darkness, Second playhthrough of devil survivor to fight Lucifer, Lugi's mansion, and Baroque could arrive at any time. Plus I want to pick something up for my PSP to play next week. Probably persona 2. Oh, and then there's devil summoner, Ico, and soul hackers and MegaTen IV next month. And devil survivor 2 which I need to pre-order. I desperately need a job, I'll run out of cash at this rate.

I finally beat Project X Zone last night. Man that game took a while, but I admit, it was very enjoyable. I plan on writing a full review of the game which I'll probably post on GameFAQs. Shame that there's not much reason to replay it though.
