Boy, I could be here a while... I'll just post a song from a few different bands I recommend... Light Up The Night by The Protomen: The Quick and the Blue by The Megas: Both of which are Megaman-based bands (The Protomen do their own music while The Megas do covers of Megaman themes). Vs. Mecha Yin-Yarn (I linked to the 15:30 one because I have the highest rated comment on it. ) Lost Woods Dubstep by DJ Ephixa: You Fight Me by Breaking Benjamin: Take Me Away by Killswitch Engage: Through The Fire And The Flames by The Vitamin String Quartet: Runaway by Hail the Villain: That's a good start, I think...

Falling In Reverse's debut album came out today! What's Falling In Reverse, you ask? Well, it's a long story. Basically, a band called Escape The Fate replaced their singer in 2008 because he got arrested, but he got out last year and now he's in a new band. That band is Falling In Reverse. Anyway, here's the first song.
Amusingly, there are a few references to Escape The Fate in there if you happen to be familiar with Escape The Fate. Since I also heard one in the second song, I'll also post that.

Glad to hear I turned someone onto something new.
Legendary Battle R/S/E (2nd Remix) by PokeRemixStudio:
Lunatic Moon (Cosmo Canyon (FFVII) Remix) by zircon:
Watercolour by Pendulum:
We Are Godzilla, You Are Japan by Lostprophets:
Undisclosed Desires by Muse:
Gold Guns Girls by Metric:
I should just say I'm only putting up my favourite songs by artists who I like a bunch of songs by. I highly suggest you check out all of them, as they tend to be rather flexible in their genres.

^I already have pretty much everything by Breaking Benjamin, Killswitch Engage, Lostprophets, and Muse on my computer. I even have that Lostprophets album that apparently hasn't been released outside of Japan, South Korea, and England. Speaking of which...
They drop an F-bomb in there. You've been warned.

Computer sucks so I can't hear any audio, unfortunately. I haven't listened to any new Lostprophets after The Liberation Transmission album (I think that's its name...). Funnily enough, I heard of them and Breaking Benjamin from the same source: MapleStory. Or more specifically, this one guy's videos, which he used either Breaking Benjamin or Lostprophets for the backing theme for (almost) every single video.
In other news, I highly suggest that anyone who likes stories in music to listen to The Protomen and look up the lyrics online. Their two albums are part of the same story and the songs are awesome.

Serious question here. I know I already posted a song from this band, but that song doesn't really demonstrate what I'm talking about. (This song has a very sparse population of dropped F-bombs. You've been warned. Though it doesn't seem too necessary, as it's, like, four of them.)
Is it just me or does their singer sound like James Hetfield through a lot of that song? For reference:

episode 51 - The Death of Tristen Taylor.
EDIT: Stand By me - Ben E. King:
and of coursew, with my obsession of the series, the YGO: tAS version. From episode 46, Melvin'd:
I've always liked this song. Even though YGO: TAS spoofs it, it's funny, and I really don't see them as the same.
EDIT,EDIT: found a better version of YGO Abridged version. Yes, they go off song at the end.

^ I love the YTAS version of stand by me! me and my friend used to sing it while we were watching the series... to my other friends. I did the doos and he did the lyrics. It was very good, for two voices.
