in Final Fantasy III......my level 40-ish party died to a duo of bugbears.......SOME OF THE EASIEST MONSTERS TO DEFEAT IN THE GAME!!!! THEY GAVE ME TROUBLE WHEN I WAS LEVEL 8!!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!! I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally should have healed my party, but didnt think id need to, because i was in this reealy easy area.  [/Sorry for your loss] eh....... Ti was frustrating, but I saved about 5 minutes before that, so, It was ok. My pride is broken, however(killed by bugbears, WHAT WAS I THINKING?!?)
They are so epic, that there is a band named after them.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_BugbearIs there a band named "Mankind" or "Humans"?NO!Thus Bugbears are more badass then people.
Is your party in Final Fantasy made of people?

I'll tell ya a fail. I got trapped by a Ice Climbers iceberg on a custom stage. I mean i was literally inside it! Also, Falcon dying because someone jumps over his Raptor Boost(side-B) and he falls off the edge. *coughdracheacough*

Epic failed on the Death ICBM mission. I wanted all the borgs in my force to get experience so I would intentionally jump into the blasts to kill myself. So I'm on my last borg and see that the death force has a little over 1000 GF energy. I think "400 * 3 is a little over 1000 so this must be the last 3 ICBMs." I jump in, then remember that the death force gets their borgs at 2/3 cost. I try dash away, but it's too late. This was my first loss on this playthrough.  |

so I was just playing cosmic break, putting the hurt on getting owned by my enemy, and when the battle ended, i saw that i was the single most hated player in the whole match. I was ranked number 36..... out of 35 players

This isn't something I did but the first turret you encounter in Portal 2 instantly flips over and dies as soon as you approach it without even touching it. I think this is supposed to happen because I went through that part a couple times and the turret flipped over both times.

It seems like half of the time I die in Donkey Kong Country it is because I accidentally pitifully slid off of a ledge to my death...

I used King Dedede's Up + B and completely missed the stage I fell to my death after trying to use Wolf's >B for recovery and bumping into the edge (I think; I reached the edge, but just abruptly fell and still had the ability to use my ^B. I don't really know what happened) 3 times in one fight. I've also accidentally tried to use Jigglypuff's ^B for recovery countless times. Mostly by accidentally doing it instead of a >B at an upward angle. I've tried using Zero Suit Samus's >B for recovery and completely missed the edge a lot. I've tried using Captain Falcon/Ganondorf's >B for recovery and come up short. Most amusingly/frustratingly, I've held onto an edge with a super mushroom only to shrink and fall to my death as a result. |

Using Accel Saber GP and repeatedly dashing right into a group of enemy players by accident..... And trying to fight back when you're armed with a Payload Rifle, which is meant for sniping, and a handgun.
Yeah, good luck trying to make a get away.

How's this for a fail? I was trying to beat the first Ultimate Cannon mission with an ICBM Tank. I killed the Cannon. Then the Death Borgs killed me.
And a couple minutes ago I was doing a random Death Force unit mission and my Gatling Tank got destroyed. Out comes my next borg.
I charge forward, ready to drill through the Magnet Robot (-)s in front of me with my Beam Tank.
Problem is, the borg after my Gatling Tank was a Titan Tank...
I didn't even realize it until I was getting the crap meleed out of me.

i was playing Brawl at a friends house, he was toon link, I was Ike.
We found out you can counter Link's final smash. It was hilarious.

Here's an epic fail for you guys.
I was playing Touhou Sky Arena, facing Suwako, the final boss of Story Mode. I used my High Tension spell on her, but before I knew it, she used a spell card that allowed her to RECOVOR HEALTH!! Yeah. What normally should've knocked 1/6 of her health, ended up healing her.
I won the fight in the end, but... That was just embarassing.

I was on the Mario/Luigi Circuit with the big pipe near the end (I forgot exactly which course it was) in Mario Kart Wii. I had a green shell, threw it forward, and then it bounced off the green pipe and hit me. *fail sticker*

While playing Gotcha Force (for the first time since my Cube died! ;D) I tried killing an ICBM Tank before that ICBM it fired killed it (I was meleeing it with Planet Hero, so it basically shot it at itself), but instead I got hit directly by the ICBM and died.
