He never got Xbox live.
I obtained my xbox because my brother wanted one, but Dad brought him one which didn't come with online capabilities and was otherwise inferior to some of the others on the market. So Dad brought him another one and I got the other Xbox. I'm glad I did though, there's been quite a few good games for it that I enjoyed and I really like the controller. I should probably cancel my xbox live.

Well technically I didn't even buy it, or even ask for it. So he didn't get MY business persay. The point is that someone in your family bought you one, causing you to want games for it, and to want to spend money on xbox live so you could play with your friends online. Somewhere along the line im sure some of the money spent was your own. Cause i know my mom and dad wouldnt just by me year after year of xbox live. One, I didn't get xBox live because I felt it was a cheap, scammy ripoff since, while it's not as "amazing," if I want to play an online game, I'll play mario kart or brawl, since, you know, I don't have to pay to go online. Also, I did not buy a single game for it. We have about 4 games for it, one of which I asked for, but I asked for it on the Wii because it was also on there and I didn't know I'd get an xBox 360. So, No. I have not spent a dime on that system or any of its features, or games.
