Next episode is most likely Scootaloo. The last two episodes were Sweetie Bell and Apple Bloom so it only makes sense that the next episode will be about Scootaloo. Plus the plot summary says something about Rainbow Dash's pet, and it's already been established that Scootaloo thinks Rainbow Dash is the coolest pony ever.

Needs more catchy songs too; I don't think they've had songs this season yet. Apparently there's a leaked Pinkie Pie song, but I don't want to spoil it.

Past the first episode, it took a while for songs to pop up in Season 1 ... so they'll come hopefully :3

Also I'm also a little disappointed that we couldn't get a small joke involving Scootaloo. Although we just had two episodes with the Cutie Mark Crusaders so...

Anyway episode 11 (13?) symphosis has been released. Looks like it might be a Christmas episode. Also it might destroy 70% of fanfictions.

It's a perfectly fine episode. Or even a great episode. You just need to do a little bit of literary analysis and stretch it a little bit into an allegory for other things in life. What I thought of is how I sometimes say I'm putting God first, but my actions don't show it at all, and I get distracted by everything else. And then it comes to a point where we're ashamed to even be associated with Him.
At the same time, this could go for any other relationship, like going to the mall instead of playing Gotcha Force, and other offenses like that.

And I think you guys might have converted me to My Little Pony. This stuff is pretty rich. I was about to turn my back on it forever, but boredom works wonders.

^I didn't mean to say it wasn't a good episode, but some things didn't feel right to me. Like how Rarity's lie about Rainbow Dash was never brought up at the end, or how the mane 6 never really found out the truth about Rarity.

Also, I found it a bit strange that nopony in Canterlot recognizes the mane 6, the ponies who twice saved Equestria and even have a huge stained glass in the throne room honoring them. I'm not too bothered by this, because it was necessary for the episode, but the first two did bother me. I feel like the episode achieved its main goal, but in doing so left some things unanswered.

I guess it is hard to make a kids cartoon about friendship talking about the aristocracy and class warfare (sort of) while still keeping it under 30 minutes long. I guess I also a problem with the superficiality of the aristocracy, but that's not really a fault of the writer.

Thanks! I agree with the fact that the lying was unresolved. The other things, I guess that's what comes from "inexperience" and not watching everything else. Well after 7 episodes straight, i think it's time for some sleep.
