Sprites

Basically, I learnt how to edit pokemon roms a bit so I thought that it'd be good to hack a game to commemorate this forum.

So I'm asking for sprites. They would be much appreciated. If you could make the sprite 64x64 in size and make the background a colour not included in the sprite. If you could also suggest evolutions, types, etc. this would also be appreciated.

Do you have a GIF program?

I have an 151 frame GIF displaying the same amount of Poké's, but you will need a program to capture each individual frame.

Technically, I could do it myself, but my lazy-meter is in the red zone.

1)Open paint

2)Make size 64x64

3)Make sprite (from image, from scratch whatever)

4)Save as a jpg

5)Upload to image hosting site

6)Tell me

cant tell. i use shadow theme. all backgrounds are black unless otherwise

^ Which is why I specifically typed "Black background" in case of such confusion.

His first post seems to point at Pokés and he didn't clarify things regarding my first post referring to them.

From the underlined parts, I thought he was going to replace pokemon sprites with gotcha sprites, and create borg evolutions and new types.

How come Njay gets me when no-one else does? I actually only need a few Gotcha pics (such as G Black) to make sprites from as they are simple enough, but I was looking for sprites for creatures of your own creation. It would also be good if each member could give an ultimate no-evolution sprite which represents themselves and would replace the legendaries in the game.

Talk about Pokemon and evolutions and stuff in the opening post sent me off-track.

Making things from scratch isn't my cup of chocolate.

Gee thanks Admin, you sure are a lot of help.

Even if people don't give sprites I'm still looking for new ideas for pokemon. If you gave me an idea I am prepared to design for you slackers

Right I'm going to make this clear now;

I'm looking for sprites or creatures of your own creation. No other game series that I have never heard of, an original idea.

As I said before, I would also like a single 'legendary' design off each member, so I can build them into the game to replace the current legendaries (for example, if Admin created Usagigon or something, I would replace say, Mewtwo with it)

These 'legendary' ideas must not evolve and you should tell me;

• Their type
  
• What sort of attacks they use (e.g. physical, shot, stat-boosting, water, fire, etc.)
  
• An idea of what their stat's should be (e.g. high special attack, low defence, medium hp, etc.)
  

You don't have to be able to draw the sprites. Just have the idea. I will draw the sprite for you if needs be.

I like this idea, ill try to help since i have a lot of freetime thanks to christmas vacations, im a not a good drawer so ill probably will give more ideas than actual images.
