i just couldn't resist making a topic about this, digimon to me is (along with dbz and saint seiya) the best anime of all times

so i created this topic to discuss this great anime series, go ahead discuss

Nice! Prior to GFF my online identity was that of Saga.


I absolutely loved the first Digimon adventures.
Unlike Pokémon, this had quite good dubbing in my language, although English voices beat that hands down.

This is probably the only anime I haven't watched in Japanese yet.
Maybe it's time to re-discover this series.

Once the original cast was tossed aside from the spotlight though, I lost interest in a flash.

I remember the games on PS1. I think they were called Digimon World 1 and 2 but i cant remember. Anyways i played one of them and i loved it!

The series was okay but at the time they were on, i was more interested in other stuff.

I've stopped watching the anime (I mean really 3 year hiatus? Pokemon hasn't taken a hiatus ever!) but i pay attention to the digimon themselves they got some cool **** now.

I found out a little something something: the WHOLE Digimon franchise started out as a V-pet in the mid-1990s.

I used to love it but the 4th season ruined it for me. I didn't really bother to watch much of the 5th season because of it. I still would watch episodes of the previous seasons though.

Also has anyone else seen clips of the Finnish dub? The so awful it's funny dub?

hey, I happen to have a Digimon World 1 savefile! first Digimon I ever raised on that file evolved into an Andromon and then faded away.
