Yes, finally, a decent borg again! Delta II is essentially Beta II's cousin, and unlike their melee counterparts, Delta's actually better. Only costing 100 GFE, Delta II essentially operates just like a barrier girl without the barrier. Dodges attacks easily, and can hit hard for a 100 GFE borg. Giving this one a 8/10. It's no Sigma, but it's extremely solid filler and way better than the crap we've had to slog through to get here.
