Fire emblem heroes

Do you enjoy Fire Emblem?! Do you enjoy mobile gaming?! Do you like paying to play?! (Does anyone?!)

So pretty neat for a mobile game, if you like FE anyways, its one of those "pay to win" games, sort of. It supports micro transactions but they are unneeded. The game gives you 4ish of the currency required to summon units per day, and beating story missions grants 1 of this same currency for first time completion, with mulitple difficulty settings unlockable for the story missions. Bunch of different characters from previous FE games, a few that are original to this game, a skill system that lets you upgrade stats (in addiotion to regular FE level system.) and weapons that don't break (FE gods heard my complaints! I'd say prayers, but lets be honest... they weren't prayers.) and you've got the makings of a decent mobile game.

Granted the story is pretty abyssmal, but its generally an enjoyable game. Even if nils and ninian aren't present... lol.

The guys on discord have heard me complain about mobile games (this one most of all) ad nauseum so I'll keep it brief and say what I do like as well; as a big Fire Emblem fan I like how its another entry point for people and I like how it may introduce those who have only played Awakening and Fates to characters they may not know such as Jagen, Hector, Ephraim, Eirika, the pegasus sisters, and so on.

That's all the praise I can give it. I hate its ugly UI, I hate the concept of feathers and the stupid amount that you need to do anything, I hate the story,I hate the inheritance system and the lack of an actual PvP mode with this stupid arena mode taking its stead, I hate the surprising lack if strategy for a fire emblem game, I hate the soundtrack, I hate most of the voices as most of them were changed for the worse, I hate the disgusting amounts of fanservice the summer event had, I hate the horribly simplified combat, and I hate the gachapon style of getting units please for the love of god make this trend die.

I love Fire Emblem, and this is pretty much everything I dislike about the series in one package.
(and yes, that was brief by my standards.)
