Carrier Helicopter is cool. Only it and the Flying Saucer have its unique style of movement. It's very fun to use and its attacks are decent. Nothing spectacular (and 390 GFE is a bit steep for what it offers), but to call it bad would be selling it short. I'd give it a 6/10.

7/10
The secret to Carrier Heli is that he's a ground unit. Seriously. His B and claw shot sucks, and missiles go straight ahead. IIRC, his dash speed is good and his missiles have a decently fast recharge time, so just dash and missile spam.
When I did my plane playthrough, he was truly an unexpected, well not quite a star... but maybe a bright lamppost that you thought didn't work.

I was going to make some comment about Carigun Helicopter.
It's not too bad, but not too good. The missiles are really good, once in position. They're good from up high if you have enough distance... but the rest of it is pretty wonky. Personally I found itba bit slow in its dashes, and it has to do nothing for a while just to descend slowly. Though as Njay mentioned, you usually want to be on the ground unless you're facing flying/big stuff. Which works against it, since it doesn't have the options of a ground borg...
It's good against some stuff, the bigger the target is. But against many normal borgs it just can't keep up. And if there's more than one thing shooting at you, there's not a lot you can do. It's somewhat of a pocket-size glass cannon.
Cool design and ideas, and some good niches. But overall reliability just isn't there. 5/10. In a team setting, I bet you could come up with some crazy tag tan idea, though, with that hook...
