...I hate this borg. I don't think it's good. Normal Tank does its job better for less cost. 4/10, not total garbage but not good. the Vulcan shots are decent but the X attack is basically just Normal Tank's and that's the main thing you should be using anyway.

I'll give it a 5/10, vulcan shots really rack up in hyper mode, x attack is good. But admittedly victory machine is better

100 more HP than Normal Tank and his B shot is way better, so he can at least do something while X is recharging. He also costs 110 more.

An equal sidegrade imo.
