So thinking of getting one. I planned to get it when BOTW dropped, but then I heard about the screen warping issue some were having due to the cradle producing excess heat when charging the game pad. With games like pokken XD, and a few others I've seen that will release later peaking (that's definitely not the right spelling, im pretty sure the word I want has a q in it... cant be bothered to look up the correct spelling... anywho.) my interest further in getting one. Has anyone who has a switch run into this problem, or has nintendo fixed it on newer releases of the console? I don't want to drop $300-$500 on something that will break a few weeks after I purchase it. Lol.

Mine is fantastic, and even if it does break Nintendo consoles all come with a 1 year warranty.

Interesting. 🤔 I wonder if they'd have a way to recover all the data from the storage device on it? Or if i'd lose all my gameplay progess. What does it use for storage? Or does it allow for external storage I guess would be the better question to ask.
