Let's rate and talk about #55 - Tornado Valkrie

(Catching up on all the days I missed. Might as well, only like three members check these anymore anyway.)
Gets an 8/10 from me. Is a better Wing Soldier, with a pretty good move for throwing off opponents along with the standard flying borg fare; wingdashing and infinite height are broken, blah blah blah you know the drill.

I'll give her a 7 because of the flying shenanigans. And I hate her gimmick/skill, it's pretty good but outclassed by the Ice Valkrie.
