1/10, he is overshadowed by Death ICBM, unusable as 1st borg on selected fights as you can be a borg down before getting started, not fast and 50hp. when for the same price you can get a Death ICBM who is better in every way compered to him (part from only having 1 shot to ram the target)

1/10. Inferior to Death ICBM in every way, and is a huge waste of cost. If he always blew up when he died, he'd be a lot better.
