I like her idea (a battle yo-yo works fits in Gotcha Force in my opinion).
I like her design.
I like how her yo-yo curves over terrain.
But...
I don't like how that's all she does.
I don't like how she stands still and is 100% vulnerable while she throws her yo-yo out and waits for it to return.
And I don't like her tiny stats.
The Girl Borgs are about range and speed.
Her yo-yo has impressive range, but she isn't really able to use her speed for anything since she has to stop while she uses her yo-yo.
Honestly, I think she's a weaker and stripped down version of Hammer/Spike Knight and Hammer Robot (as well as that one Death Borg).
But at least they can keep ground dashing while using their yo-yo like attack and two of them even have shields.

Interesting design.
Interesting concept.
Poor execution done better by other Borgs.
Not much I can say about this one.
Next up is Barrier Girl, and....well...I can say loads about her.
