New 3DS is Japan Exclusive. This is lame since only the non-XL version gets change-able faceplates.
it's ok though. I'm getting it (XL) for portable Xenoblade regardless.

Actually, I believe some people are petitioning to bring the N3DS stateside as well. It also is a thing in PAL regions. Soooo... exclusive to everywhere but the U.S.
