Sketchy GF Fic idea

"NOO!!" yelled Kitsune, as his Issac fell to the ground in a pile of rubble/his own parts. "Come on! your not even trying!" said this mysterious stranger in a ballcap. So after collecting the pieces of Issac, Kitsune, defeated, walked home. On his way back, slightly upset, he bumped into Kou- "Ow!" Kitsu declared, as pieces of Issac were accidentally dropped to the floor. "Here, let me help you with that", said Kou, as he was also examining the situation. "I've never seen Issac this badly wrecked. What happened?". So as Kitsune explained the whole fiasco of a shady looking boy, from out of town(plotholelol) who was challenging other GF Commanders to 1-on-1 battles- Kou helped Kitsune collect the remains of his Borg, and then proceeded to their school. When Kour finally arrived, he was witnessing Nekobe battling this kid- Vlad was literally defeated when Kou finally got here. "Pfff, beginner's luck", Nekobe commented, then walked off in a rather grumpy manner.

....Basically I have this idea for a Gotcha Force fic that plays out like Gundam Build Fighters, in the sense that all the Borgs are literally just toys, and they are used to fight eachother n' junk. You can rebuild them, yes.
Problem is, Im not entirely sure how Kou's first fight in this should go, without becoming anti-climactic, based on one of G Red's attacks. Also, yes, the shady guy gets introduced in said fight, as well as what Borg hes using, but I'm not there yet.
Also, ignore the fact it's rather sloppy.

But if its an RP, then it has that unorthodox nature to it, and I couldn't exactly operate the whole field, so to say....
Although, if I did, though, then it can get more user-interaction, and potentially become something amazing.

Hypothetically I DO turn this into an RP- Whats stopping everyone from being a mary sue?

You can't stop me, because of my shounen no haato and mary sue obsessions. The rest of us are good sports. You can take a look at the two Gotcha Force RPs going on now.

If you're making it an RP, are you going to have the game characters, or original characters?

I guess I could, theoretically, do this without the main Gotcha Force cast. Otherwise everyone will have to compete with G Red for the spotlight.... Heh...
But in all seriousness, though, Clax you would likely end up being the main character's rival. Just cuz' it would be pretty amusing if it turned out that way.

From what I gather, there's already been all kinds if Gotcha Force RPs. People playing GF characters, original stories, and a combination of them. It'd likely work out well any way you go, just keep in mind we don't have enough people here to play the whole cast of the game if everyone only has one role. Besides that, everyone here is diverse enough to not just compete for Kou/G-Red and form their own favorites not just by main character status. Of course, my favorite is always the main character, but I formed that decision not as a sheep, but as who I am. I'm the main character. I know it's selfish, but... This is my story.

I can always play second bananas, too, if it's the way it has to be. Being a rival isn't my top spot, but if that gets me a lot of good and awesome screen-time it can work out.
