This heat seem's to keep me up every night. I have no reason to get up early now and so it doesn't matter when i go to sleep but on college days it was hell.
So does anyone else have sleeping issues?
Maybe someone has tips on getting to sleep?
(Counting sheep doesn't work) (Listening to music only works sometimes. Other times it makes things worse)

Back in the day I really didn't need any sleep. I could be up practically all night, several nights in a row, no problem. Only trouble was when I would be called in for work early in the morning, and I only had slept for like an hour or two...These later years though, I seem to be needing close to the recommended 8 hours-of-sleep, though I'm far from continuous sleeper as I wake up several times, only to fall asleep. My two knock-out pills? My life-long companion ( very, very old) pillow, though it's been recently replaced since it's disintegrating! A small fan, aimed towards me. I need both the sound ( the only sound, else I can't sleep) of the fan, and wind. <-- totally needed for a good night sleep.

Door wide open, curtains shut and I find it helps to have a tiny ray of light just by your bed (so maybe don't shut the curtains all the way)

What do you work as? What's the pay like?

Since I have a tendency to lie in my bed awake for hours, I just stay up reading until my eyes start stinging and I can't keep them open anymore.
I usually fall asleep at around 3 AM.

Aye. I hate it when I can't sleep and there's a big event the next day. No energy for that.

I watched as you posted 12:15 AM (your time)What do you work as? What's the pay like? Retirement care-taker. Don't work with that anymore. Just barely to survive.
