Fate/Zero spoils pretty much everything in FSN. I think I'm beginning to see what you mean. "Why do the characters act like they don't know tha-... oh I guess they don't know."

Pretty sure nobody put Black Cat in here. That's a good one, though I've only watched the first half or so, so I can't really say. Shakugan no Shana aswell if you can get past the generic tsundere main character. (actually I haven't watched that all yet either...) I actually haven't watched much anime lately, and I'm one of those people who watch not-well-known animes to try to look for gems. Starting to regret doing so; the last anime I watched was utter garbage.

You tried to get me to watch black cat forever but you didn't even finish it...?
Well steve did you ever watch: Angel Beats Guilty Crown Chaos;Head World god only knows Persona 4 the animation Tales of the abyss Welcome to the NHK
And of course, you said you saw Steins;gat but you never talk about it... and also fullmetal alchemist: Brotherhood, too, those are my top two favorites!
Well whatever, I suppose I ignore some of your suggestions (I usually watch one or two episodes and don't really feel as though I like them...) but I'm not the one whose hurting for anime right now. I'm actually watching more than I can handle, if you check my sig.
Well whatever I recommend those to Steve and anyone else although I repeated myself a bit, but here are some animes which I like a little less but are still somewhat solid:
No.6 Pandora Hearts Darker than black (durara/buccno guy thought I cant get into eithe r of those two) Sgt Frog C: Money of soul and possibility of control Another
I don't like some of those (I really don't like another...) but who knows, you may find something out of them. If you take interest in No.6, I recommend watching the ongoing anime Psycho-Pass instead, similar type of setting and whatnot except Psycho-pass is actually something really special as opposed to disappointing.

^Watched or watching them all except NHK and Chaos:Head. Currectly watching the world god only knows, and I've finished the others. I myself enjoyed Another (suprised you said Sgt. frog was solid, oh also more episodes have been dubbed for awhile now. Up to about episode 80.)

No offense, but Brave 10 was terrible. Almost as bad of a let down as Zetman was. Or equally as bad as Sacred Seven.
None of the above do I ever recommend to anyone.
And I've watched all of Black Cat, I can vouch for it being good. The last two episodes are anime only (ie they never happened in the manga). I think it was one of the first series I actually downloaded...hmm...
And watching 6 animes at one time isnt that much.... considering I'm following at least 10+ atm... officially, its at 25, but I need to fix it...

^Good, that means it doesn't turn terrible. I now have motivation to watch the rest.

I really should try to keep that in mind before I go making assumptions. At least I stayed on topic recommending amines to everyone though. There's very few animes recommended here I haven't seen, such as brave 10 which according to Kazu up there is pretty bad so I feel up to date!

Black Cat is one of my favorites. I forgot to mention it here, but:
And no regrets, I would really recommend those.
And now... I'm gonna recommend Full Metal Panic!. Started watching it very recently, and it's been keeping me up a few hours a night wanting to keep watching. Already almost done with the first season in 3 days, where 24 episodes usually takes me two weeks. Great characters, tons of hilarious scenes, touching emotional scenes, and very widespread mech action scenes (Like 4-5 up to episode 15?) that are there for more than just action. I think it's already one of favorites.

^ the one with killua, and the kid with the fishing pole and the brief case guy. It was the japanese version because subs are still better than dubs, youd think after ten years wed have it down by now, but no we dont. Partly due to jokes in the way things are said in japanese and stuff and cultural stuff to id wager, but still...
Idk if that helps though.

I highly recommend Kiba. This is the anime that made me reconsider my top five animes. This is my new number one, followed by One Piece, then DBZ, then Sword Art, and lastly Bakuman.
Btw, I recommend all of those. Especially Bakuman and Kiba.

A tiny anime called gurren laggan Yeah, because that show is so tiny and insignificant.
I recommend Nabari No Ou. Watched more of it. It isn't perfect, but I like it.
Oh, and DR the animation which has only been mentioned 5,000 times...except in this thread, where it should be mentioned. What else, hm...uh, most of what I've seen lately is crappy so...I don't know.
Also, I got around to watching a few episodes of Sailor Moon. Let me just say that anime is complete and utter garbage.

Steve, sailor moon would moon magic kick you in the face.
But yea its crap.
On a more related note. Fairy tail is great. I believe j said something to this effect earlier but it is.
Recently ive been watch majestic prince. And if you like mecha, test tube baby main characters, mecha induced personality shifts, aliens hell bent on humanities death, aliens that want to absorb humanities genetic matter, and cool look mecha and space cruisers then its def the show for you.
Idk much else. Ive been on a yugioh binge as of late.

Anyone got some good, non-mainstream, anime to recommend? I can give pretty much any genre a chance except harem ones. Clannad ruined that genre for me.
