My laptop is keep incountering a critical error i do have another account should i use that one and unistall things

I'm going to assume you're using a Windows OS and recommend trying to start in Safe Mode.
(In case you don't know how to do that, neither do I, as it depends on what computer you're using, but you probably have to hit F8, so either wait until it gives you a very brief prompt for it or just hit it repeatedly until it gives you a menu.)
If starting in Safe Mode doesn't work, there should be an option for "Last Known Good Configuration." Try that second.
If neither of those work, your OS is probably corrupted and in need of a reinstallation, but I have no experience with having multiple accounts, so maybe that'll make a difference.
...What, what kind of critical error?

the kind that wont let me log on to my laptop i have tryed safe mode and last know and they just dont work

If that's the case your OS is corrupted. You can't actually fix that that I know of, especially since you can't even log in; you'll have to reinstall the OS. Or replace it. One of the two. And I'm pretty sure reinstalling Windows deletes all your files. I haven't actually had to do it myself, but I think it does. |
