Level doesn't work after the first door. I noticed. For some reason pasting it here messes it up. Change the start point to right above the 2nd row of bullets.

Ok... but I still cant beat the level. I'm reminded of this: I wish I knew japanese. Hold right and hop along all the bullets until you reach the first mushroom platform. Keep holding right constantly, if you slow down AT ALL you're screwed. You get to the last fall platform and jump. If done right you should land on the last bullet and make it. The rest shouldnt be too hard, but if you don't jump on the first flying koopa the right way you'll die.

on a level (The daily spam thread, post 3109 14/06/12) i lost a lives. 10 lives doesn't sound like that many for something like this. Also, why are you speaking in hexadecimal? On-topic: I might be interested in this if I can eventually gain unrestricted access to a functional controller, but until then, eh, whatever.

You use the directional keys on your keyboard. not a controller. All 6 of my Super Mario Flash levels

You use the directional keys on your keyboard. not a controller. No, you use the directional keys on the keyboard. I have already developed so much muscle memory for platformers that my mind cannot process using a keyboard (or at least that's the explanation I'm going with), so I use some sort of software to map the necessary buttons to a PS3 controller so that I don't burn through 10 lives on 3-8 of Super Mario 3. (And my keyboard sucks for gaming anyway, so that's pretty much my only option either way.) Ah, Kaizo Mario World 2. I've only played a few levels of it thus far, but it's pretty fun. I prefer the first one, though. (Yes, I just now noticed that that's Kaizo 2. )

^No, I use the keyboard because it's not compatible with a controller.

I use some sort of software to map the necessary buttons to a PS3 controller It's not using any in-game control configuration to set the controls on the controller, it's making the OS itself register the buttons of the controller as whatever keys the game uses. Joy2Key, I believe the program for Windows is called. It's pretty great.

Oh just use the keys like everyone else. Eh, I personally prefer for games to feel like what they are as opposed to "Hey, try to figure out how to run and jump at the same time with your keyboard that just randomly decides it doesn't like registering most combinations of three keys that don't involve control, alt, shift or the Windows key!" Because, as I mentioned earlier, my keyboard sucks for this kind of thing.
