-It will be(Periwinkle)6vs6.
-Verification from both battlers must be received to confirm a match. This will be in a tournament type setting, double elimination.
- Dream World abilities legally released are allowed
-Sky Drop IS allowed.
-Despite being first form Pokemon, the following pokemon are banned from this tournament:
Scyther
Sneasel
Yanma
Tangela (Only with Drought Vulpix)
Misdreavus
Murkrow

-the following items are banned:
DeepSeaTooth
-The elemental hyper beams are NOT banned (since they come with the Johto starters in Pokemon XD, Gale of Darkness)

I wasn't planning on anyone having EV's.
I think it'd be simpler to do this on PO.
