I used to use Pokesav, but the program needed a flashcart or an AR to work. Since I don't have either, I prefer this: pokegts.us/5thGen_Selector.aspxI've used it on my DSiXL, and even though you have to change the DNS settings (which is very easy and in this case I've not noticed it to be dangerous...not in my experience anyway), it's easy, it can be done on a real cart and frankly achieves the same effect. I still use Pokesav to check IVs of eggs before hatching them when I breed legitimately, but most of the time I find PokeGTS to be far more effective. |

Also, don't do Speed Boost Torchic. It'll only work legitimately if it's from Dream World, and is male. Of course, if it's female you can breed off the ability still, making it legitimate.
If it evolves, it will lose it's ability if it isn't from DW( not bred ones, the hacked one above.)

I cn find a code to make it shiny There is no code to my knowledge that makes a pokemon already in your party shiny. There IS a shiny wild pokemon modifier, but no control of IV's or nature or anything. |

Go to your DS's internet settings (in the settings menu), and then go to your connection and there should be an option to check the details of it. Go to the DNS section and it's default is automatically find DNS. Use the manual input function and input the DNS found on the PokeGTS site. |

I spent the last hour trying to use Pokemon Select and I input the Dns correctly, but im not getting anything

It's a weird system. Make sure to select your pokemon on the site, click "submit stats" and then go to the GTS in gam WITH YOUR PARTY FULL. This is the most important part, go to the GTS WITH YOUR PARTY FULL. You'll go in, and the animation will start before cutting to you receiving a pokemon (you won't reach the menu for the normal GTS until after getting the pokemon). The pokemon shows up in the first slot in your box that's empty (not necessarily Box 1, just wherever the first open slot is.  . |

This is better for peoe like me who don't have AR or a (working) flashcart. That, and I'd rather submit these stats than have to punch in such long AR Codes anyway.
