1st Gen- Giovanni, for being one scary dude in the manga. Also, his name pun is ingenious. GIOvanni, the Earth trainer...heh.
2nd Gen- Morty. He deals with some of the most dangerous and unpredictable Pokemon around, but he's so chill about it.
3rd Gen- Wattson. "Wahahahaha! The secret to health is laughter!" Would be Norman if the anime didn't ruin him.
4th Gen- Byron. He pulls of the cape look way better than Lance, and that beard? MANLY.

Gen 1- Erika, because that was who I decided waaaaay back when I first started playing Pokemon, and I'm much too lazy to change it now. Gen 2- Jasmine, because she looks so sweet and pretty and then she brings out her HUGE MEAN STEELIX >D Gen 3- I'd say Steven, but...  As for normal gym leaders I guess Wattson or Flannery. Gen 4- Maylene mostly because she's a stereotype breaker for her Fighting type. ;D |

Gen 1 - Giovanni. Dude, He's the leader of the evil organization, and he hasn't been arrested yet due to taking the role of gym leader. This questions how he wasn't arrested yet in the most cleaver way possible.
Gen 2 - The Ghost trainer. Has the most "illusive" puzzle in all of Johto
Gen 3 - Flannary, dude! She's gorgious, Beautiful, AND hot at the same time! WICKED hard-to-pull-off appearance! ;3
Gen 4 - Volkner, because he's got a puzzling gym, has a badass-dude appearance, and has eletric pokemon that you missed for so long.
Speaking of missed pokemon.... WHY DID THEY HAVE O ABANDON JOHTO?!?! THAT WAS MY FAVORITE REGION OF ALL!!! T^T

Forgot his name!) because he's got a puzzling gym, has a badass-dude appearance, and has eletric pokemon that you missed for so long. She even manages to pull of some cuteness with the whole "clumsy and inexperienced" angle. I don't know how she does it. Also Volkner's animated Platinum sprite = INCREDIBLE. I mean, just look at this guy:  |

1st Gen: I'd have to go with Blue/Green/Gary. I know he's technically from Gen II, but he's still a Kanto Gym Leader! I'm glad I got to kick his ass again, he was really annoying.
2nd Gen: Jasmine. Definitely Jasmine, despite how cool some other leaders were. She takes care of an Ampharos and uses Steel types. With Ampharos being one of my favorite Gen II monsters and Steel being my favorite type, there just isn't any other Gym Leader as awesome as her.
3rd Gen: Fire type is my close second favorite, but Flannery gets beaten by Winona in this gen. I mean, come on! Her outfit is awesome. Plus, she had some prett cool flying types aside from Pelliper and it was a fun battle all-around. Wasn't a fan of Manectric, so I couldn't just Thunderbolt my way to victory. Also her town is infested with Kecleon and right after the route where you get both Tropius and Castform. And Absol is in the next route. What's NOT to love?
4th Gen: Come oooon, Jasmine totally counts for this generation too! She makes a cameo and is in Contests! ....Oh fine, I guess Gardenia then. She's completely nuts in the anime and that is awesome. Also she has the fastest Turtwig in the universe. I'd rather go with Volkner, but he's kind of an idiot.
For Frontier Brains, I'd have to go with Thorton. He's awesome and probably has all kinds of crazy adventures thanks to inventions gone wrong. I realize he's probably too smart for that to logically happen, but inventions made by smart people always go horribly wrong. It's a rule.
