It should be Death Wing, since Dark Knight seems to be her main borg in the beginning simply because she's the Death Force Commander, and besides she stops using DK anyways after you defeat it.  I fought a clear Death Wing though as well, so I guess it's an exception to partner borgs not being separate colors.  |

Nice drawing, thadudette.  I was under the impression that Orochi is signature-Borg-free, since both DK & DW are normal Borgs. |

Death Wing is Orochi's main borg. It appears at the end of every team she has (except the Cosmic Dragon team) and appears as her main borg in the final battle.
And who says that character borgs can't be other colours, I fought a silver Isaac yesterday and got a crystal for it.

I've been speaking to someone on Youtube and they say they've fought a number of Character Borgs in rare colours. I asked them to make a video as proof. If this guy is right it'll mean we could get character Borgs in rare colours. Not only would they have improved HP but they'd have improved Ammo.
