So, yeah. im gettin this on the first day it comes out. Im gettin the bundle box, which comes with a soundtrack cd of the orchestra that makes the zelda noises, and a gold Wii remote with wii motion plus built in.  |

I'd like that Wiimote, but it looks like it'll be an expensive package. And Steve, you maybe you should give this one a chance, considering it's a cross between toon and non-toon Link.

Eh, I prefer my Zelda old-school. Top-down style.  (Maybe that's just because I never really got into Ocarina of Time...) But I do have to admit, this game looks epic. |

I'd like that Wiimote, but it looks like it'll be an expensive package. And Steve, you maybe you should give this one a chance, considering it's a cross between toon and non-toon Link. I don't mean with graphics, I mean the storylines. |

No. This one looks worse than TP even. And that's how much it sucked. The directors named it after what you wipr ur butt with. It's not even worthy of that. And this seems worse. I recall hearing that they basically turned combat into a puzzle. Which would make the gameplay deeper than that of TP, I think. You know what, I'm just not even going to defend Skyward Sword; I don't know nearly enough about it, or any other 3D LoZ, to do so. What I'm going to do is say that a 3D remake of the original could be awesome. I am being completely serious. |

Best. Zelda. Ever. Actually, I'm not going to make that verdict until I've finished it, because Windwaker was awesome.
And I never got into Ocarina of time, even though I have it on 3DS.
Its not an age thing. I just dont like the alleged 'best game ever'.
Skyward sword on the other hand, just pure awesome.
Makes me wonder how I ever thought the sword play in TP was ever revolutionary... Hardest Zelda I've played, too.

Hardest? I'd say TP was hardest. That was only because I got lost in the water temple every time I played.
This game is a great addition to the LoZ series.
I think it explains quite a bit.

I'm going to throw this out now.
I found ocarina of time to be by far my LEAST favorite zelda in the series, out of the few I've played.
I found it incredibly dull back when I played it many years ago, and I still find it dull even on 3DS.
I dont know what it is about it that makes me want to not play it because I love wind waker and skyward sword, and chuggaa's LP of majora's mask made me love those games- but I really cant play ocarina of time. I find it dull.
Skyward sword is probably my second favorite Zelda- Windwaker had better gameplay, which is what I look for in the zelda series, but skyward sword has innovation and a story that I actually CARED about, beforehand I couldn't give a damn about the story in the LoZ series.
