Out of those I'd choose Earth. With enough of it I'd be able to make a core-less planet.

Water's the most versatile, so of course I'd go with that!
Not to mention that if you controlled water you could pretty much kill anyone instantly by forcibly removing all the fluids from their body.

Using those elements you could kill anyone easily. I guess one will be more violent then the other. |

Fire. It's hot. Really Hot  Good for burning people alive and watching them die painful deaths. Also good for cooking ;D |

Second is Earth or Water, depending on the setting- basically, whichever one allows you to control plants (Golden Sun vs Avatar, I guess). Vines of Naughty Justice!...or something like that.

Woo, go water! For some reason I really like it - possibly related to the way it flows?
Anyway, I really like it when it rains and I love going swimming.
Still, saying that I also like it when its cold and dark so...meh.
