I have watched the abriged series agian and now i am watching the proper show i just wanted to know anyone else watch it and any ever buy the cards or the games ??

The card game used to be all the rage in my old school. But the teachers banned it in school, because the children always complained to the teachers whenever they lost their favorite card through trading. *facepalm*
I never played it though, and the episodes are never on TV very much so I never had any interest in the real show.
My friend introduced me to the show, and he's 20% cooler as a result.

Ahh, the good days of kicking everyone in Yu Gi Oh. ;D Blue Eyes Toon Dragon kicked arse. I lOved my Toon World deck. But I was a real jerk. And they were banned from my school, for the same reason as Al. And I still watch the regular series.  And the Abridged. |

I have some cards, but never really played the card game. Except in video game form.
I watched some of the Abridged Series a long time ago, but I don't think I watched the whole thing and I don't remember most of it.
As for the actual show(s), I lost interest when they started GX, and now that they put it on bikes it's just stupid (I presume, based on the fact that they just put a card game on a bike. That sounds incredibly stupid.).

yugioh gx was ok at least they stuck to the basics of yugioh they just glorfied the polymaration card

Anyway, Yugioh wasn't as bad as naruto.
battles in naruto were longer than card games.
An old freind of mine loved naruto, so when I saw it on TV I watched an episode. It began in the middle of a battle, and someone was in a mud dome. the ninja (sauske) stuck his hand in the dome, which looked awesome, then the rest of video were the high ninjas in the audience thinking:
'wow, he is strong, can he do this?' or 'how did he do that'
other crap like that. It lasted the episode, then it looked like somethig interesting was about to happen before 'to be continued' and the credits flashed.
Wow...
On the subject of yugioh, I saw more episodes of GX, because it was shown more. It wasn't as bad as the abridged series made it out to be.
I especially liked a quick battle where the main villan won a card game before his turn even began.
But alas, I watched the show in random pockets, so I mostly had no idea what was going on.

yeah i have seen all 3 seasons from the english dub but i could never get into the 4th one not because of the japanease (i can understand a bit of Japanease) its just it totaly lost me and i just couldnt get my game on
