There have been very few Gotcha Borgs that are equipped with Remote Weaponry in their arsenal. They are:
Proto Atlas
Cyber Atlas
Cyber Machine Suzaku
Cyber Machine Genbu
Cyber Girl Super
Cyber Girl Hyper
Beam Satellite
Tao Master (possible inspiration for the Remote Weaponry)
Mechanical Dragon
Cyber Dragon
Machine Dragon
Cyber Death Dragon
I believe that Proto Atlas, one of the four founding fathers of the Machine Borg Corps. (and the ancestor/prototype of Cyber Atlas), is created as a sort of technology demonstrator for the very first Remote Beam cannons. The prototype Remote Beams may have drawn inspiration from Tao Sword attack used by the Tao Masters of the Knuckle Borg Tribe.
Then came Cyber Atlas (alongside three other Machine Borgs), who uses the same type of Remote Beams as Proto Atlas, but with a difference: Cyber Atlas can combine with either Machine Red or Cyber Mars to form two of the extra-powerful Cyber Machines, Suzaku or Genbu. As Cyber Machine Suzaku, Atlas can send out his Remote Beams to wreak havoc upon enemy Borgs while Mars uses the other weapons. The same applies with Cyber Machine Genbu.
Later, the developers got the idea to apply Remote Beam technology to Girl Borgs. That lead to the creation of Cyber Girl Super, an upgraded model of the cybernetic Cyber Girl boasting two Remote Beam units. They then took it further with the creation of Cyber Girl Hyper, with four Remote Beams and the latest technology to control them.
Somewhere before or after the creation of the Cyber Girl series, they developed a satellite-type Fortress Borg that possesses destructive beam weaponry. Although the aptly-named Beam Satellite does not have Remote Beams, it does have special Remote Reflector pods, that can direct the beam cannon's blasts towards the enemies. Of course, the Reflectors can be shot, causing them to return to Beam Satellite's chassis for a quick repair.
The Galactic Emperor studied the technology of beam weaponry, and used the knowledge to combine the destructive capabilities of the Dragon Borgs with beam weaponry, resulting in the creation of the Cyber Death Dragon and the smaller Machine Dragon, created with super-hard metal and made to order. The Cyber Death Dragon (along with the smaller Machine Dragon) boasts four ultra-thick Remote Beams, manipulated with the Death Borg Firearm Control System.
Now, if did a bit of misnaming, let me know!
