I'm staying neutral in the Samurai fight. Either could win with enough luck.
For the other matchup ima stay neutral leaning towards Cyber Hero. He's actually highly mobile in the air. I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to dodge Cyber Ninja's lasers.

Demon vs. Akuma:
I say Akuma wins.
He has an advantage, as his swords grow with each hit.
And, Cyber Ninja.
dunno why, he's just faster, and better.

i agree on the samurai fight. it would be difficult to know who is better, since both their shots move pretty slowly, and their stats are the same. alternate demon samurai looks cooler, though ;D
as for the second match, i don't think that cyber hero would be able to dodge all of cyber ninja's attacks. i would feel much safer using cyber ninja than using cyber hero. although cyber hero has that hadouken that has almost no lag to use, usually the beam attacks don't hurt much, and cyber ninja's spamming would simply hurt a lot more.

Akuma. they grow with each hit, and with each death, easily allowing for a field covering slash at any time.
Cyber Hero, because he can easily dodge Ninja's attacks on either ground or air, and can retaliate from range. Plus his shoryuken(right?) can counter any play style if used correctly.

If you mean the charged X then it's Hadoken. Shoryuken is the uppercut. And somehow i screwed up the multiple choice thing again. I dunno how though seeing as i set it too 2 votes each.
