back in the old GC custom robo javelin plus trap gun = win but then they nerfed the trap gun in arena  and i believe they buffed the 3 way gun to overpoweredness in arena oh and i have all robos and parts in arena(all legit too) gc not so legit lol |

I don't mean to jump the gun now by saying this, but this weekend I may be getting Custom Robo Arena, or some packs of Crazy Bones (most likely the latter). I'll post here if I get the game, if the Crazy Bones then I'll post in the Crazy Bones thread.

it's not that much, but it's worth it to have Ray 01 in both the gamecube game and Arena.
also, if you can, get one of the Exclusive Limited Edition Collector Tin of GoGo's Crazy Bones, with ten exclusive GoGo's never found in the packs, nor listed in the Sticker Album!

Good news and bad news to report. Bad news, I could not get Crazy bones this week because Toys R Us is sold out for now. Goods news is I got Custom Robo Arena! At the moment I'm a lv. 6 Fellow and I obtained Ray Mk. III.

CRA was fun for a good while. I still like to go by "Saph the Breathtaking," the title earned for my nigh-unbeatable Aerial Beauty combination: Comet + Plus One Legs + Glider Gun + Straight Bomb + Satellite Pod
I think I lost once to Bigmara and that was it.
Recently I've really wanted to play the N64 Custom Robos, but alas, no hablo moonspeak.
My kingdom for a translation patch.

Stun gun
Any caboose pod
Any bomb
Formula legs
Run in, stun until rebirth, run away and shoot pods. Rinse, repeat, revel in glory.

I use this from time to time, though Drill is better. Stun's small range will screw you against some setups. My favorite setup is: (GCN) Metal Bear Sniper Double Mine Satellite Pod Quick Thrust Legs Very good for defense and pressure. Uses airdashes for quick movement and peeks out behind walls for sniper shots. Is my favorite set and very effective against my friends. |

I've tried using drill, but I find that I can do more damage with stun. Less miss lag too. Also, for GameCube, we all know one strategy that works against anything.
Any Robo
Crystal Strike Gun (!)
Any Bomb
Any Pod
Any Legs
Spam B, hope for the best. Lol.

Wish you lived nearby, I could show you how to use stun properly. I know how. You use a Little Raider, using their superior speed to dodge attacks and get close to mash the ever living crap out of their shot. The problem is that some guns pose a serious problem for Short Range Raiders. |

That's why you wait until the enemy fires, then run and stun. If they have blade gun, circle around them while getting closer, then stun. Name a gun to get around, I will tell you how to get around it.
