(HA! I knew you knew nothing of R-Type! Irem is it's developer, and R-9 is what the original ship was called. Later, the ship was known as the R-9a Arrowhead, after other models were being developed.)
Granted, it has bullet holes now.
I wish that Irem never stopped making R-Type games.

Confused? I'm only confused that you think there's something that would confuse me. Still, granted, but Steve is exposed for his trolling, the cycle of Ultima wishing us back on topic after bringing us off-topic now begins to loop forever, and the new R-Type games to come are just jigsaw puzzle games. I'm not sure they've entirely ditched the series, though. R-Type Dimensions got ported to PS3 halfway into last year... Maybe they'll pull something random with the series like that again. I wish there was a mecha anime about Shuriken Ninja. |

No, Claxus, I meant I mixed you up with him and vice versa. AKA, I thought that he was the R-Type nut. As far as R-Type being turned into a puzzle game, I'd probably buy it and enjoy it.  Though, seriously, I'd just like a game called R-Type Rebirth that'd restart the series. Granted, it is the single most under budget anime ever, to the point where they don't even have money to pay for animators and proper sound systems, so it's episodes consist of a man sitting on a swivel chair flipping through a stack of kindergartener drawings while an iPhone plays audio close to the camera. I wish GF had better voice acting. |
